Incomplete order

I purchased 4 tires. They were shipping from a location 90 minutes away.

The shipment was sent by FedEx It took two weeks to get 3 tires. I then went back and for on the fourth tire I kept being told its out for delivery. After another week and a half I was told the returned the 4th tire. I could not reorder it on line.

I opened an online chat and explained everything to Mohamed. Including the fact that because I could not change my tires I had a blowout and a $90 service call. Of course I got the apologies. He wanted to put me in touch with a supervisor.

I asked if I would have to repeat the whole story. No, that can see the chat. Please hold on. I waited and waited and waited.

Noting. The worst on line purchase ever made!!!

ComplaintWalmart + subscription without my consent

I spoke with a rep last week about the charge of $14.02 for August and also for July. I have received the reimbursement for August but not July. The rep told me someone from Walmart + would contact me on getting my July pymt back, but so far no word. I never consented to the subscription and dont know how or why I was charged. The day the July pymt was taken I had not even visited Walmart! So I know it wasnt an error on the self-checkout machine.

Terrible customer service

noorder 24volt atv on line put 95% together got to the back tire one tire was cracked informed you was refunded back brought a second atv after going to five different walmart over forty miles away got home started put this one together because my grandson birthday is saturday after putting this one together 95% the rear axle missing and you right im thinking the same as you this just dont happen twice in the same day but it load this one up in the return this one i told by customer service and the manager at the ramsey street location im willing pay if they could put together because all ive been through nope even though walmart has thousands of employees they couldnt help needless to say my grandson didnt get his birthday present well done walmart the neighborhood store

I tried to close out my account and the transaction failed at the register but it went through on Walmarts end so now I have no money and no account. I am pissed off so much. I will be bringing a civil suit against the company for theft over 1000 dollars. My account had exactly 1098.53 in it and I want all of that in cash. I want it now.

Check expiration dates

I have purchased 1/2 & 1/2 (not their brand) from Walmart and the date had expired. I have purchased canned goods with the dates already expired.

Walmart does not rotate their food. The Store I go to is the closest one to where I live and its a money grabbing place.

No customer service. No care for anything.

Why do you buy them if they are expired? You can see the expiration date in the store as easily as you can see it at home.

My Husband did not ck the date. Besides its the point of selling expired goods that I am complaining about, not whether one looked at the date or not.

Try working a week in a retail store. You might understand how expired items don't always get caught.

Most retail store have help wanted signs up which would indicate the don't have enough help in their stores. Looking at the expiration dates on every product as you are putting stock out is time consuming.

When the stock on the shelves is low and you have a lot to stock in a limited amount of time you will unfortunately find stock is quickly thrown on the shelf to keep customers from complaining about empty shelves. Guess I'd rather see a shelf with product on it> If I see an expired product I can set it aside.

I DO know what it is like to work in a Retail Store. I was a Store Manager at a Major Retail Store and yes, I taught our people to rotate stock every time they put stock out. It is as important as loading the shelves back up.

You do have a point, but when I worked at a grocery store, they had to check the food every week, for expiry dates. This was usually done by night crew, or those working early in the morning when it was not busy, but true some items got looked over because they are placed away from the regular items.

What is the point of your membership for the click and go, if we still have to make a line in order to scan??? The employees working the self service line should give priority to the customers that are using this apps or have a 2nd line. This way we can scan without waiting on line

Double charge

I have been trying to work with walmart regarding a double charge on my debit card and have not gotten any help. I made an order on walmart.com on 4/20/2023 and the hold for 204 was placed onmy card on 4/24/2023 the order was canceled.

The same day the original hold was scheduled to come off of my card walmart.com placed another hold on my account for the same order in the amount of 177.95 so at that time i had two authorization holds on my debit card for one purchase which was canceled on 4/24/2023 the problem i am having is if my order was canceled on 4/24/2023 why would another charge come through for the order on 4/28/2023 i have all of the transaction details and have been told by numerous walmart.com customer service reps that there was no second charge however i clearly have the transaction from 4/28/2023 for the amount of 177.95 which was the amount of the original order minus one item which i was refunded immediately.

So I now have had two holds for one order and am on the 10th day of my money being tied up because of one transaction which was canceled and walmart has refused to do anything about it ive had to make fraud reports ive had to beg to have this refunded and ive had my electricity disconnected due to this money being held and its just ruined all trust in walmart completely i will never shop walmart again. I was also informed by a billing representative that walmart has been experiencing issues with duplicate charges but so far walmart has refused to take any responsibility for the situation despite me providing all of the transaction details

Get replacement part. Original part was damaged from shipping.

Total waste of time. Barely spoke English. Contacted them three times. Call was disconnected twice. Was directed to the product manufacturer via email on two occasions, furnished requested photos of the problem twice and they have not responded. Looks like I may have to live with a damaged $300 cabinet. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Don Rennard

Did you think of filing a claim for shipping damage with Fedex? You should have done that as soon as you saw the damage to the packaging.

Not enough good employeesThere are never enough cashiers!!

The good employees are tired and just don't have enough employees to cover all the bases. You need to pay your employees better to attract more good employees!
