Walmart in Atlanta, Georgia - Would not offer help
I do not no your policies on helping others but would like to, I am a 57 year old disabled female. Today my car broke down in the parking lot of your store on Fayetteville Road in Garner N.C. It would not go into gear. I asked 5 of your employees for someone to help me, I bought transmission fluid I just wanted to no where to put it or how to check it, 30 degrees outside I could not even get any male to even open the hood. I felt like a fool standing there until a customer opened the hood for me. I make a trip 4-5 times a week to shop with you.All my grocery shopping.$2500 in medicines a month. I pass by two stores and a Rite aid to come to Walmart. Now I am wondering why? Please explain
Let walmart know how you feel.
On the top of your receipt is the store number to the Walmart that is giving you trouble. Call 1(800) Walmart. Tell them the store number and your problem. They will take care of the complaint. They send a message to the store resolving the issue and if they don't it will be sent up the chain. If enough people complain, the more they will try to fix it from their home office. I used to be a salary member of management for Walmart and I left because of a lot of issues of what we can or can't do.

I did a lot of contract work for Walmart and have had many many many issues resolved. I did this by NOT asking for a manager. A Walmart 'Manager' is what they call a CSM Customer Service Manager. IE they get paid a buck or two more to handle complaints. However THEY HAVE NO REAL AUTHORITY. If you have a real problem and want it resolved don't let emotion take over and get into an argument. The moment you feel its becoming an argument.. STOP! and calmly ask for a "Member of Management" That's the 'magic' phrase at Walmart is describes the people that have the real authority to resolve issues or get someone fired for being an ***. They are the actual salaried management. If the 'member of management' won't help ask for the name of the General Manager and when he or she will be working next as well as a phone number they can be reached at. Take down all the names of all Members of Management you speak with. If even the general manager won't help you and you feel its worth it file a complaint at the local 'Camber of Commerce' or your areas equivelent.. You can also file a complaint with the BBB. Make sure to note the issue and the NAMES of the person(s) you spoke with in the complaints. NEVER EVER loose your temper or raise your voice. You're complain will get thrown into the '*sshole' pile and nothing will be done about it. Hope this helps someone.
WalMart's MasterCard Money Card does not credit Direct Deposits on the pay date on the electronic funds transfer. My pension direct deposit was electronically transmitted to WalMart on 12/25/2011, bThut as of 01/02/2012 has still not been credited to my MoneyCard. Customer Service can only say that their systems do not run on weekends, and that their systems are still updating. This has left me without money to buy food or pay bills. It will result in other companies charging me late fees, because the money I was to receive on 1/1/2012 is not available.

WALMART stole my gps
I took my car in for an oil change Thursday Dec.29th at 1pm. I had my son with me and was not so focused on hiding all my belongings as I usually am. The GPS navigation system which cost me over 350 dollars just bought last christmas, was sitting in the front passenger seat. I had a sudden laps of thinking and for some reason decided to trust in these people. Needless to say when I came to collect the car it was gone. As expected nobody saw nothing. Manager wouldn't check the video until some specific person came back who is on holiday break. The mechanics say they never saw it. I filed a police report, the cops were nice in Katy but couldn't do much else. I felt violated and once again lost my faith in humanity, the fact is, you cant trust anybody, sure its my fault, but I guess it being christmas season I thought I would get away with not being robbed in the walmart lube and tire. Walmart ofcourse has a disclaimer saying they are not responsible for any stolen items, so even if they could find who did it, they really donÂ´t care. Now I need to find a new one. Its one thing after another with that megastore, most of the time things are priced higher than what they say and quality sucks. I am boycotting wal mart, they are just a bad company, destroying middle america and small business anyway.

the complaint in 2008 about the battery at the blaine walmart. was fixed by getting a different one from a place that knows .now the truck runs fine. the managment team needs to go back to school .the cousmer is right. the managment team there pick and chose what they want you need to put customers first . .date june 12 2011 time 13;00hrs i know more about cars then any of them.there complaint department just passes the buck . if that was me i would of tested the battery if i was the manager, but they dont know how they leave it to kids
