Walmart in Denver, Colorado - Check from at least 12 years ago

about 12 years ago my wife wrote a bad check to walmart i then worked for them for 9 years getting fired after they said i could have a year off to see if i could get better and work again any way the whole time i worked there was never any mention of a bad check or any thing wrong thely took back merchandise and took all my and my wifes checks since they lied and fired me they bring up a check that was bad several years ago and wil not take back a game that was for my grand kids because of a check they did not bother to say anything until they fired me. and will not take back merchandise it has not evern been opened they say they will take back any merchandise that you buy do not believe them they lie to customers and employees

Walmart in Shreveport, Louisiana - Complaint about poor customer service.

To whom it may concern, I have shopped a lot of years at Wal-Mart. Because there is nowhere close by to shop I don't have much choice. But I am at the point I would rather drive 100 miles just to get good service. The cashiers you have working at the store in Winnsboro Louisiana really need some training in customer service. Their attitude really stinks. For instance, I just left there shopping and the cashier never once greeted me, she stuffed everything I had into two bags and I do mean stuffed, when she was finished scanning my merchandise she said how much I owed so low I had to look at the register to get my total. Then she just threw my receipt at me. She never said thank you or anything to me. I really resent being treated with such disrespect. I realize you will never do anything about it but I just wanted you to know that this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I PAY THEIR SALARY every time I shop in there whether you or they realize it. The customers that shop in there is why they have a job. The information on my receipt is: terminal #34008723, approval # 011442, ref# 13600045373, trans ID # 0081361724852695. And on my way out I told the store greeter about the treatment I got from the cashier. The manager of this store is Scott Turner at 3360 Front St. Winnsboro Louisiana 71295

Walmart in Washington, District Of Columbia - Did not tell me when my tires was ready

went to wal mart to get two tires for my car. to begin with the prices on the tires are the highest prices in town. then when i told the lady what i wanted she ask a hundred questions about my vehicle. she gave me a sticker & told me they will take care of it & they would let me know when it was ready. i waited for one hour & thirty minutes for two tires & there was only one vehicle in front of my. and i know it doesn't take that long to put on two tires. to top it all off when they was finished putying the tires on & didn't tell me that they was finished. they just left the tires setting there.so i finally got feed up & ask the person that worked in that department & she said they wasn't ready yet but they was. no one told her they was ready. when they finally got it straighten out they was rude about the whole thing... i will not buy tires from wal mart again......

Walmart "Guarantees shipment by Christmas" BUT I was told BY A SUPERVISOR at walmart.com that Walmart guarantees shipment by Christmas TO FEDEX NOT TO CUSTOMER...think they should put that on their website? This is fraud! Not only this but they also send out emails...

Posted store hours read closing at 8 pm on Christmas Eve. I attempted to walk in the store at 7:30 and was told the store was closed with sign on the door behind the security guard clearly stating closing at 8 pm. I requested to speak to a manager 15 minutes later...

Walmart in Reno, Nevada - Customer service! Credit my Debit Card BACK!

I want my money back on my bank card ASAP!! Do to your fault at walmart, I recieved an email on my order number 8228013-268124 saying product was in store then another email items from your wamart order has been cancelled 8228013-268124. you had already subtracted $237.29 from my bank card . Hummm don't you think you should had checked the store before charging my card being that now you are going to hold MYmoney at christmas time for 3-5 buisness days during christmas!! really?? when I called that store I was told that yes they had 5 of this item in stock and that if I wanted it I should come grab it becasue there is nothing that they can do being that walmart.com had cancelled my order so now here I am out 474.59 and walmart has it all in their bank account. I just wanted to get my kids 1 last gift for christmas and now becasue of Walmart making mistakes and error i have no money left for the holiday weekend Walmart between ordering online and site to store I recomend get your *** together. Also when calling customer service I was on hold waiting for a manager for 30 min and for some reason we were disconnected Go figure I will not buy from Walmart again EVER!!! Truely disappointed in the customer service.

Walmart - Site - To -Store

Multiple Issues!!! I ordered a Better Homes and Gardens Fire Pit from WALMART.COM on Monday 12/19/11 and receive confirmation #8228013-******. On my drive across town to pick this up, I receive an email that my order has been cancelled because this item is not available. Why confirm it as SOLD in the first place? Tuesday 12/20/11 I go online an order again. I receive confirmation # 8228013-******. I picked this up last night 12/21/11. The box looked damaged and had been re-taped together. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if the item had been damaged and returned and was told by the cashier that the product was new. I get home late last night and check my email and notice I have been given a $10 credit for this item with no explanation for the credit. This peaked my suspicion so I opened the box. The entire fire bowl is 1) missing huge chunks of black paint with exposed metal, 2) has a dent larger than a grapefruit, 3) is beginning to rust around the rim. ***DO WALMART HAVE A FREAKIN' CLUE?????" This is supposed to be a Christmas present!!! I can not give a rusted, dented, piece of *** as a present! I do not want a $10 credit, I wanted a new, undamaged fire pit! I would have never left the store with this second hand junk had I known I was buying damaged goods. I have now made two trips to Walmart which has cost me time & money. Now I will have to scramble at the last minute to find my Son a Christmas present because this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I will have to waste more of my time and money returning this to Walmart. This will be the third trip! I promise you whatever Christmas present I can find at the last minute will not be purchased from Walmart! In their effort to grab up every dollar they can into the greedy Walmart world, they forgot about simple things like honesty, integrity & disclosure. How many Walmart Managers are going to give their family members dented, rusted & damaged gifts for Christmas??? How many other unsuspecting customers are unknowingly picking up broken gifts at their"Convenient" site to store pick-up? What a joke. I am posting this complaint on multiple consumer complaint boards so hopefully I can prevent someone else from falling prey to your bait and switch trickery. I have taken multiple pictures of the "New" firepit which I am uploading on several consumer advocacy sites as well . What a joke. I want everyone to see what Christmas means to Walmart....I have requested to speak with a Walmart MANAGER today re: this dishonest transaction. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT RATIONALE WAS MADE FOR THIS TRANSACTION & WHO THOUGH IT WOULD BE OK TO PASS OFF A RUSTED PIECE OF JUNK OFF TO AN UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMER FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

Walmart in Athens, Georgia - Site To Store-Not Worth It!

I ordered a plasma t.v. from walmart this year on black Friday in Nov., I decided to use site to store since the shipping was free. Estimated pick up date was Dec.7-9, on the 11th I got an e-mail saying it was delayed by 2 days, which I was fine with since this was a Christmas gift and I still had plenty of time. Then I decided to track it a few days later on the website and according to that it had arrived on the 7th. So I called the walmart 1-800 number and did the tracking through there, where it said it was still in transit. So I gave it another couple of days and after not getting a phone call or e-mail to pick up my item I called again to speak to a representative. Where come to find out my item was "lost in transit". So, after thinking all of my Christmas shopping was done, I'm still looking for a way to replace that Christmas present, which is hard since it was such a good deal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM WALMART.COM ESPECIALLY ON BLACK FRIDAY OR CYBER MONDAY. Since I find it VERY hard for a 50" plasma t.v. to get "lost in transit".
