Walmart in Morganton, Georgia - Charged 3X and never got a card!

Wow, I cannot begin to tell you the displeasure I have had with this Company. I called the automated system to purchase a $30.00 phone card for my daughter. The automated service said the card was declined.. I called back after 8AM to speak with a CSR and first off, I could not understand what they were saying, very heavy accents.. I gave them my card number, expiration date, Etc. and they said the card was declined. I called the bank and knowing I had plenty of funds on the card, they confirmed no charges had been declined so like an ***, I called again. They ran my card again and said the card was declined!! They told me no charges would be on my phone but after getting my statement, there they were!! THREE separate charges totally $110.68!!! It has now been 5 days, they were to fax a letter to my bank and after 8 phone calls and two case numbers, they still have not faxed... I went directly to Walmart and purchased the card and am still dealing with this mess. It is like they are completely incompetent when it comes to sending a fax or they are just giving me the run around. I finally spoke with a different supervisor, Manilyn who I think might be able to assist. She was professional and took down ALL of the information again and created a new case number.. BUY the card direct, do not go through the automated service. My bank told me that this happens ALOT with this Company.. Just a heads up.. And for those pin heads that think I got this phone because of *** credit, think again, I purchased for my daughter that has to earn her minutes.. Your two cents on others posts are rude and arrogant. There are many reasons for buying prepaid phone cards!!!

This is the second problem I've had ordering something from Walmart.com the first time was about 3 years ago I ordered a table and chairs that I saw in the store but they had none in stock so I ordered the SET online the description read 5 piece table AND chairs they sent me the table no chairs and I was charged for the set. When I called she was rude and said that what I got is what I ordered and they had no hold on chairs. She said how do we know you did not already get the chairs. I said I'll take a picture of the table with us sitting on the floor around it " GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE".. this was never resolved. This time I had found a carseat at Target.com that my husband and I really loved but they were out of stock so I checked walmart sight taking a chance figuring ok this is only one item it's going to come in one box they can't mess this up... I was WRONG..Walmart.com charged my account 3 times for one order..ok so i called them and told them they had to fax a form over to my bank releasing 2 of the pending charges she knew exactly what I meant so this must happen often. She says ok i verified that this would be done today she assured me yes it would be ......5 days later still my bank has not received fax i call back ask to speak to a supervisor on hold for 45 minutes than supervisor tells me 5- 7 business days. i tell her it's already been 5 she was very rude told me to call back in 3 business days they have no way of getting a hold of the billing office..well I though that is who I was talking to. I call back in 3 still no form faxed or received rep put me on hold 20 minutes. (Does Walmart not realize this ais a form of theft of funds because only 1 of the 3 charges were authorized and they are not complying to release funds thats classified as theft...) so how much am I going to get back for my time............

Walmart in Atlanta, Georgia - Would not offer help

I do not no your policies on helping others but would like to, I am a 57 year old disabled female. Today my car broke down in the parking lot of your store on Fayetteville Road in Garner N.C. It would not go into gear. I asked 5 of your employees for someone to help me, I bought transmission fluid I just wanted to no where to put it or how to check it, 30 degrees outside I could not even get any male to even open the hood. I felt like a fool standing there until a customer opened the hood for me. I make a trip 4-5 times a week to shop with you.All my grocery shopping.$2500 in medicines a month. I pass by two stores and a Rite aid to come to Walmart. Now I am wondering why? Please explain

Let walmart know how you feel.

On the top of your receipt is the store number to the Walmart that is giving you trouble. Call 1(800) Walmart. Tell them the store number and your problem. They will take care of the complaint. They send a message to the store resolving the issue and if they don't it will be sent up the chain. If enough people complain, the more they will try to fix it from their home office. I used to be a salary member of management for Walmart and I left because of a lot of issues of what we can or can't do.
