Walmart screwed Site-to-store --good by Walmart
I ordered several toys on Black Friday via Site to Store. Some were in stock and available right away, so I put my mother in laws name as an the alternate pick up person. She picked them up, A-OK. One item was not in stock. Email indicated it would arrive by 12/12/2011. On 12/13 I received an email indicating that I had until 12/15 to pick it up. NO EMAIL to let me know it had arrived. I had emails that it has shipped to the store. I had emails thanking me for picking up the other part of the order. Email to Walmart went unanswered. Called store. Employees can't fix anything or even tell me who to contact. Looks like I will stay away, far away from Walmart in the future.
Twice I have go to my local Walmart, and twice they try anything in their power to not accept my coupons. This time I had enough. I had four coupons for small first aid kits. The cost of the kids were $0.97 each. The coupons each were a $1 off one kit. So at the end ...View full review

SHOP TARGET - NOT WALMART
I WENT TO TARGET AFTER BEING A WALMART CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. TARGET WAS LIKE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. CLEAN, NO GREASE BALLS WHO CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH, HELPFUL STAFF. YOU 'MIGHT' FIND A FEW THINGS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT THEN TO ME IT IS WORTH IT NOT TO HAVE TO DELA WITH SOME OF THE *** WALMART HAS WORKING. Walmart Vision Center
I recently went to our Walmart Vision Center -- for some reason, a number of employees who work at our location don't have very adequate people skills. I first went in (after having a third occurrence of broken frames (replaced two myself, this one I thought "I am not paying for another set of frames for these glasses" - and was told that they didn't have them in stock, but would order them. Fine -- we did that, and the person (manager) indicated she'd replace them -- They hadn't called (or didn't receive any type of message that they were "in" -- but went on the hope that they just might've gotten in, and I'd be lucky enough to be able to get them - which was the case, but only after the manager looked in their computer "smart" system to see what was what. *I noted the frames looked to be "in stock" today -- last time "come here, I'll show you I'm not lying" -- (what an odd statment to make!) -- and there would be more statements like this! Today, she indicated that it was (let's say $9) to replace the frame - I did let them know that as they stated last time, they were going to replace them (she now indicated that they were slightly over a year old, vs. two months (she saw Oct. in her system) -- all I know is I remember getting them recently, whether it was a year, or months ... they weren't very old, I'll tell you that! So this time she tells me I should have known how old they were, and she wouldn't have replaced them if she had paid more attention and said to me "well, won't happen again, shame on ME" and I hear her muttering to others as she sets off to work on getting the lenses in the new frame. She simmered down after that, but I have to say, I actually told her I wasn't there to argue with her about anything, just wanted my frames. She seemed to be in an state where she wished to bicker, though! It was one of the oddest exchanges I'd ever had with a customer service rep, EVER! And, I will remove my business from there
I worked for walmart let me go for 1 hour
I was 1 of the best workers that wal-mart had I could work every dept. was there for 4 years a young manager had me fired for 1 hour overtime but I think that he just did't like me and made sure that I could never be rehired and now I am about to lose my home and can't fine a job and this is not right! I was there 3 years before him all I want is to try and get my job back please!!! I can work when he is not there if that helps

Walmart in Somerset, Pennsylvania - Rude Behavior
I went to the Walmart the other day and saw that there was only a very few cash registers open and the lines were very, very long. The line I happened to be in was very very slow. It seemed like I was in line for over half an hour. After being in line fof quite a while a cashier walked up to open the register next to where I was. I turned my shopping cart around to move over and get in her lane. As I was doing this a customer just walking up to the same cash register was able to set something down on the counter before I could and nudged me out of the way rudely. I said something to the cashier that I was coming from a really long line and had been waiting for over half an hour – I had perishable goods like milk, eggs and yogurt that were going to soon go bad. Her rude response was "He had his items on the counter first." She didn't give a *** that I had been waiting in line for over 30 minutes. She didn't care at all about anything and was very rude to boot. Finally another 10 minutes later I got cashed out – it was ridiculous. You would think with all the money Walmart makes that they could staff more cash registers or checkouts. I find it very interesting that the front of most Walmarts has a plethora of checkout lanes and most of these are empty and unmanned. Where is the customer service here at Walmart? Why can't they do something to help their customers that want to buy things in a reasonable amount of time? Why can't they have staff at the cash registers? Why can't they have nice and polite employees and not rude ones? I went to the customer service area and reported the terrible customer service I had received while I was in their store. It was as if they didn't care at all. I think they just want to let the customers fight it out to see who could get their first. Maybe they want or like to see customers fight and squabble? Maybe they have racial preferences? The lady says register 3 is open and and takes the minority customer that was in line behind me and passes me over – is that right? Is that racism to pass me over for a minority that wasn't in line as long as me? Is Walmart racist? I can't answer that, but with their employees it certainly is suspect. Their behavior is either racist or rude to say the least. While I was waiting in the same line the cashier who's line I tried to get into had taken 3 people (all minorities) and I was still standing in the same place. I put in a complaint and all I got out of them was that my (suggestion) that when they open a register they say next in line or call the person next in line over was a good suggestion. I do not consider this a suggestion I consider that normal good customer service. They obviously do not know what customer service is at Walmart.
I was shopping with my girlfriend in your store and we came across an employee who was extremely rude. It should not be hard to spot him, he was overweight, dressed in red and reeked of beer. His name tag said Santa. As my girl friend was passing by he called her a...View full review
