I have being waiting for them to stock the wonder core,so I check on your website and they have it on stock,I try and try so I can purchase one before it sell out,I forgot my password I try over and over,did not suceed,so I hit the link over and over that I forgot my password did that for over 30 mins,I gave up I got tired of waiting for them to send me a code to set a new one.

Check your spam filter, make sure emails are not blocked from Walmart, or created a new account with a new email address, check that you entered the correct email that you have used for buying online. If you still have a problem they may have a 1800 or 1900 number for you to call.yi

I went to walmart on Friday December 11, to pick up a site to store package worse experience in any store I've ever had. First off there was one person working the site to store pick up and the customer service desk. There was one guy going from the front of the store to the back of the store to find pick ups. He literally would walk to the front of the store she would write an order number down he would take about 15 minutes to walk back there find it and come back and she would gand him another. When he was given my number after 20-25 min the one woman working left to find him because he gad not came back. A lady who had never worked customer service or site to store was put at the desk. Eventually the guy came back without my package. Then another lady comes back to say "unfortunately we cant find your package can you come back tomorrow ". No no I can not why send me an email telling me my item is ready if you cant find it. At this time I had been attempting to pick up a pacjage for 1.5 hours. They then tell me well it appears we have 34 of the items in store, let us grab one of those. 30 minutes later they say they cant find those 34. Now I've been attempting to pick this package up for 2 hours. Ive requested to speak to a manager a minimum of 4 times and I have yet to see one. Finally one comes the support manager and completely ignores me and attemps to ou speak to the customer service associate. He's not authorized to refund me, so a second manager is called over, the co manager, he ignores not only me but only half listens to his employee because he marks the order as picked up. At this time the customer service associate just opens the drawer and refunds me. This was not her drawer so when the original lady cashed out that night her drawer had to be short and she didn't know why. I received an email that this package I never picked up was picked up, i completely wasted 2 hours of time and the customer service was absolutely horrible. During my 2 hours standing at the desk heard at least 2 other customers say there orders were wrong and one other package was not found. Totally unacceptable walmart. Ive worked in customer service for 16 years and as a large company you should know this is unacceptable.

I am a truck driver that drives over the road n delivers to many of your dc s.I was truley dissappointed when i pulled into the deming new mexico walmart to shop n was turned away because the area where trucks usually parked was tsken up by rvs and motor homes that were using the parking area as an rv park.The security person informed me that walmart likes the rvs camping there.So i went to kmart n gave them 100 dollars i wouldve spent at walmart ,i guess ill shop locally or where people appreciate the drivers who deliver to them

Paint Department in Poway

I bought and had mixed one gallon of Color Place by the manager of the department with no problem. He also noted the formula he had used on the lid with the color. Unfortunately he only works Monday-Friday until 3pm. I arrived on Friday after 3pm. Problems: No one in that department. After 15 mins. I went to get the store manager. Discovered that one person was working in two departments at the same time and had forgotten about the paint department completely. She had been called when I arrived. Eventually someone came along but could not give me a definite on the color match. Another customer started to engage the sales person and she was about to walk off. By this time I was fuming. Then the Support Manager came along and another new person mulled over the problem but could not work out the formula. They must have called someone in because another person showed up and mentioned that there was another computer for formulating paint colors but he could not get the formula either. I was told to come back on Monday between 7am and 3pm for this indispensible person to mix my paint. I then went to get their primer. They had only two. One was $19.95 and had old paint spilling over the sides with pieces of brown paper. No discount on this. The two more reasonable prices were out of stock. I left with nothing from that department. On Monday I returned to the store and asked if Mr. Indispensible was there and was told yes, but he never showed. and I had gone to pick up some other items or I would have insisted on talking to him. I left my boyfriend waiting for the paint.The person who was supposed to help me on Friday and had not been able to do so told me that she was going to mix the paint. She then told my boyfriend that they were out of the base paint. Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting. I am soooo aggravated.

I purchased a Garmin Vivofit fitness band for my wife this Christmas from Wal-Mart.com for $54.74. I picked it up at our local Wal-Mart in Abbeville La, 70510, the next day with no problem because they had it in stock, "in other words they pulled it off the shelf at the local Wal-Mart ".

When my wife opened it, she noticed that it was missing parts, didn't work right and some of the digital lights didn't work. So today I took it back to exchange it for another one, only to be told that they can't exchange it because it was purchased online but they could refund my money or put it towards getting the same exact one but that it would cost more in-store. So it ended up costing me $75.00.

I find this to be a load of ***. Like i said, they pulled it off the shelf, they didn't have it shipped there.

Nowadays, it is wise to always check the items in the box when you get them---even if it is sealed. As for WalMart, it is what it is---not the best place to shop. Amazon.com is usually much better.

Feathers on fried chicken

We bought some chicken that was already cooked and when we got home we realized this chicken still had feathers on multiple pieces. After discussing this with a co worker, she had the same experience a few months prior. To add to our experience, we were at Wal-mart to pick an RX up that we were told was on back order. We went to get the medication that was dropped off 9 days prior and was told again they didn't have it and did not know when this would come in. Since the RX was a daily med, we took the RX elsewhere and picked it up the same day. Personally being in the medical field I am aware that this is not acceptable and many local providers are sending patients elsewhere.

Double charged

I'm from Tacoma Wa and I'm a very pissed off customer I will never shop at walmart especially the one Lakewood Washington . I was in there on Jan 6th went shopping come to pay my things I noticed when I swiped my card it was taking a few seconds for it to go through well supposedly it didn't so I asked the checker who clearly wasn't paying to much attention do I need to swip again and she was like yes. And the second time I swiped it went through. Upon leaving and going to pick up lunch I was kindly told sorry you're card Decline and like wtf how, check my account and Walmart double charged me putting me in overdrawn with my bank. So I called it in with my bank and it takes 10 days and they you should go into the store you may get it back faster . We'll it's Jan 11th and I don't have my money I guess my print out from my bank mobile app isn't good enough this straight BS I want my money back .. I know have reported this as fraud to my bank

I know it stinks, but the cashier "not paying attention" has nothing to do with this. If the card shows it wasn't accepted on your side, it shows the same thing on their side.

It's not like the cashier got a prompt saying "charge card again? Enter for yes, total for no".

Technology is not perfect and sometimes things go wrong. This time it happened to you at Walmart, but it could have been anywhere.

Went to wal mart service center this morning no one was in the bay that i was in waited 15 min. to get waited on .wanted to get oil changed had to wait for 1hr45mins to get the oil changed I was the 1st in line. This will be my last oil change at WAL MART. 4other customers were there was having same problem

Well yeah, they hire mostly high school students and people with disabilities. Which is good in a way because they earn a living.

But you don't seem to bright either.

We are missing details so we cannot judge if the issue is under qualified workers, or if you are just being stubborn and having unrealistic expectations. Perhaps you should apply for a job, because you if being under qualified and inexperienced is a requirement you fit right in.

Lmao clearly you are 1 of the incompetent people I dealt with today that's under the influence of something and can't find work either a reputable company, I do know that they hire people young and under experienced and with disabilities and I can and do appreciate that!!! However when you are a customer and are in need of assistance you should not be told " hang on for a minute" and to never see that face again!!

Trust me I looked for this person and was gunna go to management however I work for a living and was unable to do so!! With that being said I will no longer deal with walmart of havelock because most of the employees are there for a check and that's all!!

I bought a tablet from Wal-Mart.com for my daughter in August. It gave us problems from day one.

The only solution was to repeatedly set it to manufacturer settings and it would work for a little while, then go back to the same old problems: couldn't log on to my daughter's profile, multiple programs refusing to run, etc. This is why i purchased the extra warrenty just in case. Walmart.com, the manufacturer, and the Wal-Mart care plan line all refuse to refund me for a malfuctioning paper weight of a tablet.

It feels like I've been scammed by them and I will never buy a product from them agai. I'm sorry Wal-Mart, your policies, customer service practices, and your overall treatment of customers sucks; there is not any way we can help you further.

If you have had problems SINCE you bought it, WHY didn't you take it back immediately, instead of waiting over a year to do anything about it. Don't blame Wal-Mart for your incompetence.

I got a exact same horrible experience as you got. I just bought a cell phone from walmart on MID NOV.2015 ,and never got the item. I did try to contact their customer service,I bought it from online ,they refused to give me a refund or replacement. It is very very terrible case I got. Never got things like that, and very bad customer service, keep asking me to file the police report and then might be got the solution for my case. It is very ridiculars ,who got lost the item, it is the carrier-FedEx, why do they ask me to get a report ? I paid the money and got this trouble thing,waste my money and time to responds this and reply that. And no refund. You can't believe walmart has stock and so many store, they can treat their customer like that bad way. They stole my money. I located in New York. I would like to share my experience with everyone.

On July 1st, I bought an Elite toaster oven with rotisserie from walmart.com. When the oven arrived, I set it up. My youngest daughter (she was 13) decided to make toast. She dropped a slice on one of the heating elements, and it immediately caught fire. I noticed that there were no guards on the elements. Later that month, I was making hot wings, and used a hot pad to pull them out. The pad touched the element and caught fire. I contacted walmart, and arranged to return the oven. They issued the refund, and sent me a link to print out a return label and shipping instructions. The link was a dead link. I contacted them again, and again received a dead link. One more contact with another dead link. I then received an email that time had expired and they were going to again bill me for the oven. The cost was going to be $50.02, the total cost of the oven. On December 2nd, they force billed my debit card for charges totalling $160.01 for this oven. I am desputing the charges, and have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have also filed a complaint with the Consumer Products Safety Commission about the oven. I have noticed that the website has labeled the oven as only being available in stores. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN!!! IT IS A FIRE HAZARD!!!

Your biggest mistake was in using a debit card instead of a credit card. Why would anyone use a debit card??

With a credit card, you don't pay if something like this happens. You dispute the charge and, in a situation like yours, you will prevail. With a debit card, your money is gone. Now you know.

This is how we learn. By the way, why in the world would anyone order online at WalMart?

Ok ...first of all you can dispute charges on a debit card and second not everyone has or wants a credit card! So how she paid for it doesn't matter..what matters is they need to stand behind the products they sell and the old saying "customers are always right" is still said around merchants.
