I ordered a pool table on Walmart.com on December 11 it came to my house on December 21 and it was a air hockey table now they are telling me I have to wait until January 11 they should expedite the shipping straight to my home as fast as possible holidays or not .Full disclosure the customer service agent on the phone was very helpful and very polite and they did get back to me with a 10% discount so all in all I have to say I'm pretty pleased but I want my pool table now LOL

Walmart.com has changed my pick up date at the last minute several times and I am far beyond pissed. I chose the "pick up today" option and at the very last second changed the pick up date to later in the week. Now I am a person that this is almost the only way I can get the items I need. If I had to rely on Walmart.com in a life or death situation, I would be dead, have had my funeral, and been buried quite some time before I got my items. When a person selects the "pick up today" option, they don't need to change it. This is called neglect my friends. On top of the fact that these people put their selfish *** in front of a customer, while on the job mind you, I was lied to. "Oh call the store and see if they will move up the pick up date". Let me tell you something, THEY DONT HAVE THAT AUTHORITY!!!!!! This is YOUR job to fix YOUR screw up. If this doesn't get fixed quick like, I will not only send beyond horrible reviews one after another, but also report you to BBB.

Walmart canceled black friday order and offered nothing in return

I purchased a TV online for pickup in store on Black Friday, it was showing 6 in stock, it accepted the payment and order and placed it in processing status. 2 days later email was sent that order is out of stock and canceled.

Does it take 2 days to figure out you oversold the items? No efforts were made to back order the item or make good with customer such as offer another TV at similar price point. I gave them my business in good faith while having other black Friday options to purchase similar items. They took the order, confirmed it and 2 days later just canceled it when I did not have any good sales anymore.

No more Walmart online BS for me. Hello Amazon!!!

I ordered 2 items from Walmart.com on November 18th. One was legos which came in a ripped, obviously opened box. Took it back to the store and they tell me "we can't take this back because its a 3rd party sale." I show them my order page. Nowhere did it say it was third party. Got our money after much arguing. In the meantime waiting for the second item . Its been nearly a month and they can't tell me when it will be here. It was to be a birthday present. Birthday has come and gone. I ordered about 15 items online from different retailers. All came within a week in good shape. Walmart can't get its act together. I will never be ordering anything from them again.

Coleman inflatable queen size double height mattress Walmart wouldnt exchange mattress for the same type we only had the inflatable mattress for 2 weeks before realizing there was air leaking from the seam My mother purchased it she al add o purchased the insurance that the cashier explained it covered the air mattress for all leaks etc, We even spoke to manager on duty they claimed the insurance didnt cover leak from the seam my mother is 68 years old We had the mattress the box and the insurance coverage with the receipt Walmart manager claimed the insurance didnt cover it because we purchased the mattress seperate from the air mattress they ( Walmart) said they had to be purchased together in same box I want to know why did the cashier at Walmart claim it would cover it My belief is they took advantage of the elderly

Hi i am handycap and on top of that i slipped and fell down my basement steps and broke my foot and ankle plus i have arthritis . I love shopping at your store but when you guys here at store number 1361 don't have the handycap carts as you should , then I cannot come into your store till you get more handycap carts . at this store you only have maybe 3 or 4 carts . there are alot of us handycap folks around that spend alot of our money in your stores . We don't deserve that ! I would love to see those carts in all of your entrances . I'm a very easy going person and I really hope your reading this and do this favor for me and alot of handycapers, people would just love you even more . i'm not trying to be mean or nasty . Unfortunately, many ppl without handicap use and abuse the motor wheel chairs, and employees cant stop them either. Youd be better off bringing your own scooter if possible.

I know this was posted yesterday but I do hope you read this. While being handicapped is extremely difficult, it's not a law that a store provide the motorized carts.

This is considered a courtesy that they are provided.

Unfortunately the only way to guarantee use is to bring your own. Walmart isn't responsible for liable to provide them

My name is Gabriel and I'm really disappointed with what happened to me today in the Walmart Tewksbury store. I call before going on the store to check the fee about cash a payroll check, they told me the fee and to have an id. After that, I went on the store, and for my surprise I coundnt have my cash, I showed my Brazilian passport (the only ID I have, which I show for everything I do) and they said they can't accepted a foreign passport. This is completely ridiculous, I fell they don't want immigrant on that store then, they should accept passport as ID AS EVERY PLACE ACCEPT, Including banks, police, or whenever place I show!! She said they only accept American passport or drivers license. THIS IS HORRIBLE. Can you imagine how many people only have passport as ID? I asked twice but she was sure on her speech. Don't buy chuiqita bananas at the walmart.

I went to the pikeville ky walmarts today to do my grocery shopping. just got my refill on my food stamps, and i had a pretty good lot left after i left the food city, so i decided to hit up the walmart to see what they had.

well i looked at the bananas and they was all kinda yellow kinda green, so i picked the best ones i could find. well, do you know when i got home and tried to eat them bananas they was all mushy. and they was more bruised then when earl caught me slipping out back for some purple nurple with the neighbor boy. well long story short, walmart is refusing to reimburse me for them bananas because they are saying if they was bad i shouldn't have eat em.

well all i know is buyer be aware cuz them *** sumbitches do not know how to grow chikita bananas.

also my siter avaleen went to the walmarts at south williamson and there was a young fat feller with a monkey mask on running naked throwing mil all over himself... beware of the walmarts....

The customers lady gave us a walmart to walmart money order when we asked foe money gram. She said if you want to cancel transaction call money gram number on form and circle it. we tried canceling an hour after and the number she gave us did not even know what we were talking about because they use 8 digit numbers and of course we had a 9 digit number. Called the store and they were closing and could not help us until the morning. After going through 7 people and 4 hours latter they store Manager Ryan Hester at Lindon, Utah store said yes we made the mistake and even the clerk said she did and said sorry. You guessed it we are still waiting for our $759.50 mistake at store 05270 and will not return calls, text etc.

JOB'S ARE NOT SAFE when a customer complains

Here me out: My wife triple neg breast cancer survivor works at Walmart. The store in question is not a 24 hr store tho the site says it is. At closing my wife asked a customer to head to the cashier store is closing. Customer became irate threatening to slap her. Night manager (male) was no where to be found but was aware of the problem. Customer's son (gang member) proceeded to threaten my wife bodily harm. Still no manager in sight, my wife responds "it is not ok for you to threaten me while I am at work, if you want to continue I am off work in 1/2 hour". All present cashiers heard and witnessed all that took place. As days went by the customer came into store requesting my wife (always on day off). The customer's husband went as far as to call and request information about my wife (operator and wife good buds). A month goes by and my wife is called into the office by the same night manager who did nothing to stop or intervene the problem that night and proceeded to coach her (disciplinary action). They, in the end made her step down from CSM claiming (night manager) he only heard my wife and not the customer threatening (this incident took place for over 20 minutes) but when questioned he slipped up and admitted he heard more than he claimed. Apparently this irate customer complained to corp. so loudly they had to do something and the night manager lied to save his butt. So theres a glimps into what happens when YOU the customer start complaining about nothing but just because you did not get your way. You destroy lives due to your self entitled ways. My wife depends on the insurance for her cancer she fought so hard to over come. She went to work BALD ppl a display of strength and courage that I doubt most of you could muster, I know I could not. Take a day or so to think about what exactly your going to complain about and why. By days end I'm sure you'll have either forgotten about it or realized it's not worth all the trouble. You never know who's life your affecting just because you acted in haste and out of anger.

Hello, I want to start by saying thank you to all of you for your support to my wife and I. All of your comments gave my wife strength to fight Walmart and I am happy to say she WON!!

She had a face to face meeting with the bigwigs and they reinstated her position as CSS and removed her lvl 3 coaching and are investigating the case further specifically the night manager and store manager.

Right action took place as it should so I guess I can claim this situation resolved.

TY again for your warm thots and prayers it seems they were answered. :)

Stuff like this is exactly why I don't shop at Walmart. I would rather pay a little more money at another store than support one that treats its employees this way. They don't see that if they didn't have good staff, no one would want to come in.

Ray: I am so very sorry this happened to your wife, and, of course, the customer, should have been banned from the store. Very, very wrong.

But, Walmart's response was awful. They treat their employees very poorly. They should have stood by her in this. I did not know that Walmart offers insurance.

Had heard that they encourage their employees to apply for Medicaid as they pay such low wages. I am glad she is covered and I will pray that she gets through the cancer. You are right .. very few people would have the courage and strength to work whilst so ill and under such egregiously horrible conditions.

I will prayer for her. Hope you are seeing this response as I had no idea how to respond to you directly.

The takeaway here is to remember that we do not know what goes on in the life of other people and we need to be kinder to all. Thank you for your post.

You words meant so much to her thank you, she had been bottling up her feelings trying to stay strong through all of this and I could tell it was taking it's toll on her.

I am glad your words helped flush out those emotions.

GG, the low wages and poor insurance is a misconception made by UNION's because Walmart wont go union. The insurance for full time employees is top notch.

Walmart has Kaiser and they paid for EVERYTHING regarding my wifes cancer and I mean EVERYTHING. She was driven everyday from Ventura to LA for radiation at no cost and was even able to have temp living close to radiation facility at no cost but we chose not to. My wife has been at walmart for 9 years. She does not make a killing but she makes enough for us to stay above water.

I was able to get a 380.00 pair of glasses for 75.00 out of pocket only because I require transitional lenses. Walmart insurance is VERY good. In some ways it does make up for seemingly low wages. Union's and bad customers are the main cause of walmart bad publicity.

Dont get me wrong what they did to my wife is wrong and incidentally she has an appointment with ethics board this Monday regarding this incident as it was reported as a hostile work environment case. Keep in mind this took place on May 5th 2015.

I will say it again and again until this gets heard by the right people. Walmart should put up the dough and hire security guards.

They hire lost prevention to protect their products. Is that more important then human lives? I guess they think so. Please post this.

Maybe someone with authority and the guts will see it. PS.

My wife works at Walmart and she has to carry pepper spray. Nuff said.

Oxycodone Review

Went to pharmacy to get my rx filled and was given this huge off the wall white tablet 5 times the size of the little blue pills I usually take. Not only did they trick me but I cant take them because of the buffers in them.thats why I get the tiny blue oxycodone 30. Now I have to wait a month to see my doctor and I have no pain medication. It is not the same medicine!!

today is jan . 6 . 2016 ...... on their tracking web site , they changed arrival dates few times .

don"t buy anything from walmart on line any more ......... this is ridicules ! they are getting worse . is already over 12 days of waiting time ......

where is my vitamins ? you called customer service , they put you running around ...

is way over holiday rush , ........ I ordered similar items from Costco ,I got my order in 4 days ...

I too have had issues with Walmart shipping. When they use FedEx it depends on how far away the product is coming from and it cannot always get to your house in 2 days.
