Walmart Moneycard
My money was direct deposited on my Walmart moneycard and then I lost the card, I had to wait two weeks to be able to get a hold of my money. In the meantime my rent and car payment was late, I had no food in the house.
Here I had over $1200 in my acct. When I call up Walmart Moneycard, they can't help or give me to a Supervisor. I am withdrawing all my money off the card and never using them again. They have poor customer service and you can never speak to a Supervisor.
Then I got someone else on the phone and they just stopped me in mid sentence and put me back in the hold Q. Then I got transferred about 3 other times just to get my money. Still no help..... I will never do business with Walmart money card again.
It's also making me not want to shop at Walmart.
If their money card people will do that then why is the store any better. I'm so done with Walmart.

Walmart Staff Review from Bar Harbor, Maine
I quit Walmart after a manager was aggravating and exploiting my disability. I filed a written complaint with the store manager and got absolutely no response.
I also filed a complaint with the Walmart Ethics Committee and shortly after doing so my payroll was reversed. My complaint is being alleged investigated, however it cannot be explained why money was removed from my account without my permission. They are in violation of the law knowingly and I think the most that can be done is to complete a wage claim form with the Labor Dept.
"Save Money, Live Better" is a great money. They save money on payroll by stealing your money which allows the CEO and his stockholder buddies to live better on his yacht!

Walmart Manager Review
Difficulty getting full refund (including core) for auto battery
092315; I purchased a group 24F auto battery from Wal Mart for $104.97 by credit card, plus an old battery for the core. It was a "5 year" battery.
092415; I returned the Wal Mart battery, unused. They refunded the $104.97 in cash and the customer service manager basically said that's all I had coming to me. They could not give me the old battery back, because they had sent them out the day before. She explained about it being a core, and that I could not get it back. This didn't make sense to me.
If I did not have a core in the first place, the battery would cost $116.97.
In a nutshell, I gave Wal Mart $104.97 and an old battery to pay for their new battery. Then I brought the battery back and with what they gave me in exchange, I would not be able to buy their battery again if I wanted to.
Another manager type person saw my point, and I was given the $12 in cash for my core... To be fair about this, they could have given me a rain check for somebody's core when one came in! But the $12 was reasonable instead.
I returned the Wal Mart battery because I found a 7 year, 24F battery from Bi Mart for $79.99 instead.
I came out okay but it was a bit of a hassle.

Walmart - Security Guard Review from New York, New York
Same thing happened to me and my wife. We had a couple hundred dollars in groceries and were forced through self checkout due to lack of full service lines being open.
a half dozen items were missed or didn't scan do to the poor set up, the lone cashier noticed and instead of helping contacted their minimum wage security guard who stopped us on the way out of the store. I thought it was a joke. This guy was dressed in stained, grubby clothing, not a uniform. So I kept walking.
He pulls my cart with force to the side. Accuses me of larceny and starts barking orders. I, being a NY State Officer, hit him with my badge and demand his ID. He produces some faded security ID from some fly by night security certification company, no Peace Officer status whatsoever.
I knew I should have just left at that point, but not wanting to commit any possible larceny agree to let him check our stuff and I will make good on the mistake. He checks, finds half a dozen things totaling $36 not scanned, I figure no big deal, pull out my credit card, but nope. Mr Security decides to flex his muscles and go forward with "the case". Laughing I said we have a cart full of items, paid for 90% of them, do you really think we would risk a larceny charge with our 5yr old present, risk my career over $36?
He said he sees it all the time. I counter that and say, you see mistakes, not crimes. I then point out he has no proof of intent for a charge or RCTB because there was no intent evidenced by the fact that the majority of stuff was scanned and paid for. Mr Security is shaking in his boots, pulls me to his "office", also known as a closet with a computer and surveillance equipment, calls his manager and shows me the video of my wife scanning items.
Out of nowhere he yells, " there did you see it". The manager and I look on baffled and he explains the item didn't scan. He then says that's the first mistake. I laughed, and said, "mistake, guy, mistake, not intent".
At this point my wife is irrate because he is scaring my 5yr old. Mr Security " understands though", right, so he is going to keep it in house and Walmart is going to "demand" a civil penalty. We do the paperwork, again wanting to cooperate and not have to beat the snot out of Mr Security to "escape" his "custody". Now here we are 2 months later receiving demand letters from some parasite attorney named Michael IRA Asen "Attorney at Law".
They are demanding $176 as a Civil Penalty under NY General Obligations Law. Well, I have news for Walmart and " Attorney at Law" Asen, we aren't paying. As a matter of fact if I receive one more notice I am going to risk the $176 and file a claim of harassment and such against Walmart and anyone representing them. My wife was never trained to operate their registers.
She intended on doing so in good faith, but made a mistake. What's more is the store employees knew mistakes were occurring but rather than help, turned it into a criminal case.
Why would they do that, unless they were trained to do so in order to make additional money for Walmart through these civil penalties. Welcome to my world Walmart, I am gonna take you through the coals...

Unsanitary !!
I was shopping in your Forte Apache, Tropicana store on 12/29/2015 and I couldn't believe 4 different people pushing carts with dogs in them. I was outraged that this is allowed !!
The same carts that we put groceries in !! Being used as dog carriers !! Very unsanitary !! I will never buy groceries at your store !!
I know there has to be some sort of health laws on this. I am not an animal hater just complaining !! I have a dog that I simply adore but I would never take her to the grocery store !! Very turned off by the thought of a loaf of bread or lunch meat or any food being placed in a cart that a dog has slobbered in.
Walmart not the company it use to be. Looking for a better place to shop.
