Every time we go to Walmart, the employees are always rude and/or just plain unfriendly. What ever happened to "Hi" and "have a good day". Companies used to strive for good customer service. AT my local Walmart, they just swipe the items and announce the total. They...

Walmart Cashier Screwed Up My Coupons

My husband and I recently went shopping at our local Walmart. We had a large amount of groceries, so we settled for the first belt register we came to. It was a bit of a wait. The cashier was nice and curtious towards us. The problem was with our coupons. Apparently while the cashier was scanning my coupons, she had found a good coupon ($0.25) on one of our yoqurt boxes and took it off. She had told me that she had found a coupon, but didn't tell me that item it was for. At the end of the transaction, I had handed her the rest of our coupons. While she was scanning the coupons (she had done the one she had found first), the register wouldn't accept one of the coupons. The coupon ($0.75) was for the same yoqurt. The cashier tells me that she can't accept both coupons. I would have to pick one of them. I told her that I wanted the $0.75 coupon to be the one used. She took the $0.25 coupon off and put the other on. She then asks her manager (who happened to have been standing behind her) what to do with the other coupon. Here she had written her id number on all of the coupons after she had scanned them. It apparently is Walmart policy to avoid coupon theft. Her manager told her just to give the coupon back. She then gives us the coupon back. We checked out and the cashier tells us have a good day and apologizes. Now I have a coupon I probally can't use. All because of a cashier who jumped the gun and didn't check the coupons ahead of time. I won't be returning to her line anytime soon.

Walmart in Vilonia, Arkansas - Advertise they honor sale ad prices of competitors

Walmart advertsies they couterously and gladly will sell an item at the advertised price of a competitor, just bring the ad in and show it. Actually, they don't - it often depends on the checker. Last week I tried to buy an item, the checker wasn't sure - so called the ''woman in charge''. She came determiend not to let me have the item. She said it had to be the store brand item as comparted to the ad's store item. I showed her it was! She said it had to be a current ad. I showed her it was! etc. Eventually I asked to see the manager. She said she was in charge. I asked to see her supervisor. She left and eventually brought back a policy for me to read...no manager, no supervisor. I told them to keep the item, to finish checking me out or I'd walk out. After threatening to walk out leaving my checked items, I was checked out, took my items and left. When I was back in the storegot the advertised sale item at the competitor's advertised price, no hassle.

Walmart in Hornbeck, Louisiana - Declined check for medications

my wife tried to write a check for her medications at wal mart. she was declined, she was told to go to the bank and withdraw the money and return to walmart with cash.my wife is disabled and in a wheelchair, shame on walmart & telecheck for this inconvenince.when asked why they were declining our check they told her we cannot give you a reason.there was more than enough money in the account to cover this check.this should be against the law for telecheck to have this much control over our lives.so please more people speak up about the problems you may be having with telecheck.

Walmart in Morrilton, Arkansas - The Bakery...

Today is my son's 18th birthday. I went to walmart yesterday to the bakery dept. to order his cake, but just like any other time that I go there for something something, the customer service is so horrible!!!They didn't want to decorate it the way that I wanted, the lady there said they don't draw. All I wanted on his cake was a big number 18 in the middle of a 1/4 sheet cake. She continued to say well..we don't draw. You don't know how to make an 18 and fill it in with frosting?? I had 3 managers come over and I had one on the phone. They had to ''talk'' her into doing her job. When they left, she threw the clipboard at me and said ''now what do you want?''I was there for 27 minutes, trying to get this cake ordered. I ended up walking away and went to FoodGiant, right down the street from Walmart, was there maybe 5 minutes, had the cake ordered, and had great customer service. The cake was even cheaper, and they threw in the beautiful candles to go with it. I called the manager again and told him I got the cake I wanted at another store. He didn't seem to care. But my son will have a great 18th birthday and then he goes into the Navy, so this was a very important birthday.

Walmart Straight Talk on Verizon Network suck

Totally Inferior network beware Well the technical support is two stars if you call the cooperate complaint-line. I tracked my calls the last thirty days and 70% dropped during a conversation or didn't connect. I believe the service is on a Verizon network but I believe the evil lord of version are performing some form of traffic shaping on the prepaid clients that bumps them off service when their contract clients need the tower you are on .. A form of discrimination ironically against those that have paid in advance Its Verizon, what would you expect .. will be changing service shortly after 6 months I have had enough (I hope to never deal with Verizon/straight talk again)

Walmart in Pilot Rock, Oregon - Try to pay off WM card and see what happens

I hope it is to Walmarts advantage to keep sending me credit card statements after I've paid them in full and end up charging late fees. I hope the $26.41 I just paid them is worth it to them. I am pulling all of our prescription drugs from their pharmacy and going across the street. This is probably about a thousand dollars a month. Is it worth it Wal Mart?? You and your chiken *** credit????? I will from this day shop at every other store in the area for anything I need. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at the Pendleton Wal Mart since it opened. Is this worth it.....$26.41 You chicken ***????? I will also try to persuade all members of my family and all of my friends to do the same. Is this worth $26.41 Wal Mart????? I hope so because that is what I'm going to do.
