Well, one thing positive that I can say about Wal-Mart is that at least they have a listed phone number that you can call. Some cheapo stores like Winco and Aldi have unlisted phone numbers.

Why? Who knows, probably for some strange reason like they think that they wouldn't be able to offer as low prices if they had to pay someone to answer the phone. I like that I can call up Wal-Mart if I need to. And they may only have two cashiers and 10 self-checkout lanes, but at least that;s better than Dollar General where they only have one checkout lane and 15 people waiting in a very slow moving line.

And at least at Wal-Mart if you suddenly have to unexpectantly use the restroom you are free to not only use the restroom, but to use the restroom of your choice.

I remember when the whole Target bathroom scandal was in the news that Wal-Mart said that for years they have let people use whatever bathroom they felt the most comfortable using. And I also like the way that Wal-Mart doesn't hassle me about wearing my backpack whenever I go shopping.

My card was being declined no matter using chip, swipe or manual type in. Customer service was no help. They said the account is active but could not explain why the card would not work. I closed the account and will never again use this credit company.

Store at av J in Lacaster. The coleslaw in the deli dept. is just awful. And the fresh deli products are often put out very late (after 9 am). The prepackaged coleslaw is the worst I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And many items are out of stock for weeks, if not months(groceries and non grocery items. This store is very poorly run!

Walmart advertises that it cashes payroll checks. They don't. They enter the check information, and Certegy declines the check for whatever reason. I was told, twice, that "the amount of the check is too high" except that Walmart claims to cash checks up to $2500, and my check was less than half that. They lie. You can try to cash a check, but they're not going to cash it.

Walmart online pickup/delivery service stinks! I wasted time going to the store where I usually pick up my items. I also wasted time calling locals stores and then finally national customer service! Only national customer service representative could find my order number! The rep was name DAN and he knew what he was doing, big thumbs up to him!!! Order sent to wrong store! I canceled one item and returned rest of items online. Not clear if I was going to get full refund back until national customer service representative verified that I would get total refund in 5 to 7 business days. This I the third time Walmart has screwed up my online order!!!

I bought this plan for a 12x20 intek pool and within a year and four months the ring around the pool rotted away so i called the protection plan and they took for ever to get back to me and then when i called them back to see what was going on they passed me to some guy with an attitude and told me that they where not covering the pool because it was my fault that the pool rotted away, here are the pics so everyone can see. I had the same pool for 7 years and the only reason i decided to buy a new one was i had a small hole in the bottom and didn't want it to split open and flood the yard.

On 06/25/2019 I Herbert k Jackson reported to my Walmart home store #3406 @ 12:00 p.m I couldn't get to any of our Walmart carts Knowing that myself and Advantage ES employee have had to wait up to 30 minutes for managers to have their employee's move skids with forklift out of our way to get to demo carts. Walmart head Manager Jeff was off.

Most time I report any problem to him and he has his managers of that department response and fixes whatever issue we have. However; today he was not in the store I went to his office to speak with him but was confronted instead by the associated Manager Kim and I asked her why the signs were removed that our former DM had posted stating to keep the area clean and asking about not blocking ES Demo carts in. The manager responded that herself in Brook Bradly removed those sign and no longer wanted any sign in the demo area. I asked her for her name to give to My Advantage Solution Manager Robert Mossadeghi.

She became angry and said, Kim and that I should get out of her face I said "I will and I'll let my manager know about what was going on" she stated you know what I probably want to get out her *** store" I replied I will and that she treats employees and vender bad calling us Dr.pepper guy or for me Demo guy..She said she didn't care to hear that crap and called on her radio someone to get back their right now to put me out.I said there is no need to have someone put their hands on me I am leaving her damm store...As I am quickly moving to exit her store she shouting get out get the *** out.I stated I was leaving as I walked faster because now she has to male employee's perhaps security. she shouting in front of store customer. One of her female employees said Kim Kim He's leaving holding her back. She pushed away from that employee and continue her shouting at me even while I was 30 or 40 feet ahead of her.

Yes, I replied back at her calling her an offensive name as I went out of the store while she and her two employees stood out the door watching me exit the parking lot in my car. I know its possible I will no longer be employed with Advantage Solution. I had called My DM before I even left my house To speak with him about the issues I was having with that manager at my home store #3406 but I didn't get you it went to voice mail I had not been at that store since the other lady manage Brook Bradly spoke about not leaving signs on the 22nd of this month and should tell my DM if I didn't like it but it had passed my mine over the weekend..until I look at my Jet and saw I was headed back to store #3406.

I know what happened wasn't professional on my part as an Advantage employee and will accept the outcome I always try to be professional at all time I have a small catering business and I understand how to always put consumers first but in this situation instead of keeping our issue in that manager office the manager became unprofessional to the point one of her hourly female employees had to hold her back and pleading with her to back off he's leaving the store but she insisted following behind me less than 30 ft shouting get out get the *** out . But I will do everything in my power to let Walmart Management know of this behavior manager and unprofessional behavior in front of store customer and use of cussing at me and her history of treating all vender badly some have said don't worry managers like her don't last long that they have seemed her kind come and go in their time servicing that Walmart Store #3406.

Hi, it’s me again............can you explain to me what the difference is if I had of had time to try the bra’s on in the store, as opposed to taking them home to try on? They would still have had contact with my body BUT the product would have been returned to the shelf!! (Double standards) Incidentally the manager assured me that my inquiries regarding returning of hats, tee shirts AND socks was totally acceptable
