I have been using my ebt card at Walmart and last week made a big purchase of all food at a local store. At the end of the transaction I was asked to pay $8.00 in cash for what should have all been food covered by the ebt card. So as not to appear rude and hold up...

$1
I got off work late and went straight to the Batesville, Arkansas Walmart to fill a WIC voucher for my wife, who JUST had a child, JUST lost her workplace to a fire, and has been out of state because of the baby. This was the last day to use the check, but needless to...

I know our difficult it is with a newborn and mommy shouldn't have to be going to the store. I'm not surprised walmart was out of the wic required milk, many wic uses wait until the day before the wic card expires especially with milk so it will no go bad before it is used.

Since this complaint was posted over a year ago I suspect the hateful people below just wanted to show their cruel heartedness. They are ugly mean heartless people.

Enjoy your little one and my best to you, your wife and family. :)

While shopping at the local Walmart in Anderson,In, I asked if the "match ad" price allpied to everything. On my next visit I tred to purchase an 18 pack of Bud Light. The register screen read, "cannot match ad Bud Light." The cashier called for a CSM to help and also...

This evening I went to walmart. It's not my favorite place to go but I needed to try and return an ink cartridge that an employee had sold me when I bought my printer. It was the wrong cartridge. I knew full well prior to attempting to return this item that they may...

A lot of imbeciles and naive children commenting here that obviously have no clue what customer service is. It's pretty evident they've never had to deal with a *** employee attitude either.

They're hypocrites too.

If I were to lecture and belittle you for trying to return something, I can guarantee you won't be singing the same tune lol.

I would have pushed until this trashy "manager" got fired. She obviously had no business dealing with customers nor the capacity to speak professionally.

Walmart in Spring, Texas - Was a 10 year employee

I used to be an employee for 10 years. I had 2 jobs. Walmart was my primary job. After 10 years of service they told me that I must open my availability in order to keep my 35 hours full time position. I told them i cant because I have another job. They said well unfortunately if I don't open my availability they would have to demote me to a cashier and give me these crazy hours. Before I got fired they gave an average of 10 hours a week. Now I can not afford my house, and the bank is taking my house. I have no where to go. Thank you walmart!! This company is a modern day sweatshop!!!

The store needs employees when the customers are shopping not just when you are available. :cry

Do you buy groceries at Walmart? I was shocked to watch an employee putting away grocery back in the freezer section. I have actual film of this. My friend and I checked on the groceries that had been put away and the food was not only thawed but warm. This included a...

Doesn't and wouldn't surprise me with the Walmart in Hampton. It's always nasty, not stocked, and full of rude employees.

I had unhappy experience with the cashier at Wal-Mart store #5091 (Receipt ID #:7CL2KV1S4267). After checking out, I took several additional plastic bags. The cashier stopped me and said to me "You should ask me first. You are stealing bags". Then I asked him "Can I...

You shouldn't just take the bags. You ask first.

I can't tell you how many times people just come and take a bunch of bags. Those bags come at 500 to a box and cost the company $20 a box. Also, often there is a shortage of bags.

The cashiers need the bags to put customer's merchandise in especially, those large bags that the bus riders like to take. Seriously, if you need bags for your medium sized wastebasket, Walmart does carry them with the other garbage bags.

I like how people`s poor spelling and grammar skills makes them look like they are seven years old yet they call someone who is old enough to work a girl. Same with that seven year old Becky ASSuming that someone works for a company when they state the truth.

Walmart in Gretna, Louisiana - Wall Mart stores not following tv ad's

The Wall Mart store in Harvey LA had two different prices on their Sams Club sodas. One area stated $.84 and another stated $.78. At checkout the sodas rang up the higher price but the cashier would not give me the lower price. The TV ads indicates the cashier responce should be no problem or I can do that. Also for the longest time their milk prices are extremely high at $4.68 per gallon while I can easily find milk at other stores for $4.29. How do they compare prices to maintain their TV slogan of "lowest price always".

Walmart in Gilbert, Arizona - Low Tech

I went to the Pharmacy at Wal-Mart's and wanted to buy some Sudafed so I gave here my license and for 5 minutes she punch over a hundred time into the screen. I leaned over and ask what the problem was and she was rude and told me not to look at the screen. I can go to Walgreens and with one swipe of my license and 5 seconds later I got my stuff. I like Wal-Mart's but this one off of 75th in Phoenix is really bad and I have had so many problems there. I even walk out 3 times with my basket of groceries left in line because the word slow doesn't even begin to describe this place.

Just some loney person with mental illness who does not have any human interaction so the only interaction she gets is online. Pathetic really. She likes to play with herself both physically and sexually because no one will play with her physically or sexually.

Performing a task, eg., leaving a basket full of groceries due to long, slow lines and then doing it again and again is a sign of a mental illness. You cannot keep doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result!!

WalMart is what it is: bloated with inept workers and clueless management who do not understand what customer service should be.

Do what I do---shop at Meijer. Or, anywhere but WalMart.
