I was denied the use of my music by Walmart

When I tried to play some of my music, which i bought at the full retail price at a music store, A popup appeared on my computer screen which advised me my music would not be able to be played unless I authenticated it through Windows Media Player and Walmart music downloads. I've never at any time , bought music downloads from Walmart. In fact, Walmart claims to have no Music download service outside of the United States. I wonder why they sought to harrass me in Australia if they have no download service here. Is this just another example of large, powerful corporations throwing their weight around? Even in a country where they have no commercial interests do they still have to push people around?

It is illegal to have a pharmacy open in many states without a pharmacist on duty sometimes they are short staffed

Walmart in Reston, Virginia - All i wanted was a dell laptop. it was disastrous

On Valentines Day, my fiance took me to Walmart to purchase a Dell Laptop. We went expecting to pay full-price. Manager suggested a demo and took $100.00 off. Less than week later, mouse stops working. Took laptop back and traded for another. Got it home, started to set-up my laptop and someone's initials of "JJ" previously used computer at one time and I could not access because I was provided with "JJ's" password. Then they recommended a Hewlett Packard. I was so tired, I just couldn't deal with the issue and asked for money back. All I wanted was to purchase a Dell Laptop at the purchase price, not a demo.

Walmart in Greenville, South Carolina - I was not refunded my money through the product replacement plan.

I purchased an mp3 player, along with the product replacement plan, but they didn't give me the card with the plan. The device stopped working, I took it to walmart store #5263. I was told to contact product replacement. After I spoke with them they emailed a shipping label to me. They ask for my card # I told her I didn't have one, but i had a regular gift card, I was told that # would be fine. I was told 72 hrs after scan the refund will be on card. That was 9 days ago still no money!!

Walmart in Syracuse, New York - I was aproched by a strange man

I was in the Oneida NY Wal Mart when a strange man in a long green jacket approached my two children and I. He would not leave us alone until I yelled out really loud, to leave us alone, then I went to see the manager who's name was Mary and told her what had happened. The strange man then came through the isle. I told her that was the man that was bothering my children and I. She told me she knew the guy and wanted my name, phone number and address. I told her no and they let the man leave the store. She had me write in a notebook what had happened and I did. Another store employee named Alice and the manager were too worried about some guy leaving his cell in a shopping cart. The next day my boy friend went to Wal Mart to find out if they were going to do something about it and was told by Alice that it was my problem and they were not going to do nothing about it. My boy friend asked if I should have kicked him in the nuts and dialed 911 to which she replied YES. It was a customer problem and could not do anything about it. *** of a nice way to take care of your customers.

Walmart in Englewood, Colorado - No follow thru on bad product ,no reimbursement

I had purchased a gallon of milk and by the time I got home the whole gallon had leaked into the carpet of my truck. There was a small crack in the plastic gallon. I go to this Walmart almost everyday and purchase many products there. I had to come up with the receipt and now I also have the stinky carpet to show them. My truck has been in and out of the auto dealer at least 3 times due to this. It cost me over $1000 to get new carpet in my truck. I have not gotten much cooperation from the manager at our local Walmart. I think she had forgotten the whole incident. I am still trying to get an answer from her on how they are proceeding. $1000 is a lot to me, but it is a drop in the bucket to Wal-Mart. If I do not get some kind of monetary settlement from them I will not go to that store again. They will have lost a very good customer. I will not give up on this and will continue to go further if need be.
