Walmart Lacks Customer Service

I visit Walmart infrequently as this happens all the time. I will be checking out and two clerks will be chatting with each other. Each time, they have continued to yak while the one at the register goes through the motions of my transaction -- totally ignoring me -- the customer! WE pay their salaries and a "thank you" at the end of a transaction would be nice -- as would an acknowledgement that I'm even there. I even said, "Hello", as I came to the register to have neither of them even look at me. Customer service is dead at Walmart!

Walmart Lynn Haven Florida

I went to walmat at the Lynn Haven Florida store to pick up a site to store purchase and the employe named "Lynn" never looked at me or said anything to me. I handed her my paper with the information on it and she went to find my things and throughout the entire process the lady never said one word to me. This lady has been with walmart for years, so her name tag has on it. She should be FIRED! I wouldn't recommend this Walmart to anyone. I think more people should complain and maybe places like this will fix the problems.

Walmart in Pompano Beach, Florida - Loyalty to your employees?

Hwy 29 in Greensboro, NC in the WMart store, there is a sign that states "if this cashier does not meet your needs please call***." This sign is over the 20 items or less isle as customers consistantly bring 40 and 50 itmes to the isle. The cashiers are very tolorable and continue to provide great service. This however shows me that WMart is not sincerely concerned about their employees. If you want loyal employees you must be a loyal employer! This sign gives the public permission to disrespect your store, employees and other customers! This needs to change! Is there a number that your employees can call when they are mistreated? This kind of action by your company continues to bring negative light to your business ethics.

Walmart in Oswego, New York - Damaged display model computer sold as "new"

My college age daughter bought a laptop from Wal-mart this afternoon. When she arrived home she opened the box, and found that her "new" computer was a used and damaged display model that was not only severely scratched but was missing keys on the keyboard. Additionally, when we turned it on, it requested a password for access that neither one of us has any knowledge of, preventing her from using it even if the keys could be fixed and the cosmetic damage ignored. She has returned to the store twice to resolve this matter, only to be stonewalled and treated very rudely by store staff. She's even taken it to two different computer tech services to try and reset the password and repair the damage (both have told her the computer is junk and not worth bothering with). I emailed Wal-mart and have yet to receive a reply (shocking, I know!). I guess she's out the $400 she paid ( a lot of money for a kid in school), not to mention the additional money she'll have to spend to get an actually new and working computer from somebody else. I can say with absolute certainty that I'll never buy anything from them again. Forgive me for my candor, but my God, who the *** do they think they are? I hope that this warning will be heeded by those considering an electronics purchase from them. They simply cannot be trusted, and they are so big that they clearly don't care about the little guy (big surprise!).

Walmart 10411 North Fwy, Houston, Texas

My friends and I went to this particular Walmart last night to pick up some halloween tee shirts because they were $5.00. While we were there, we decided to check out the halloween makeup and false eyelashes. I usually avoid Walmart like the plague becuase it almost always crowded, loud, dirty and there is always some screaming snot nosed little brat running around bumping into people and breaking the sound barrier. This time, since we were there after midnight, it wasn't too bad. I thought I was about to have an almost pleasant Walmart expierence. When we got in line, the people in front of us were paying their $50.00 bill in CHANGE!! Yes, change. We waited patiently as our line was the shortest. The cashier was as rude as rude comes. When it was my turn I asked her how her day was and she glared at me and grunted. When I got home, my makeup wasn't in the bag. I went back to Walmart with my reciept and the manager wanted to argue with me that I had my stuff. While we were talking, I saw the grunting cashier walk over and put my stuff that I had paid for, in the basket to go back on the shelf. The manager just said "Oh well. you got your items now, happy?" I understand that Walmart employees have to deal with rude, crazy jerks on a daily basis and that everyone has a bad day from time to time but, those two (Cahsier and manager) need to expel whatever crawled up their backsides!

i have been contacted over 10 times in referance to account i do not have. i have been harased with callers calling my cell phone,wifes cell phone.i have told them i do not have an account with walmart but they keep calling anyhow in referance to the same account.i am feed up with them.the callers all have the same mexican accent,does walmart pay these people a salery do harrass common people over something they dont know how to do? like i said i dont have a walmart account and the way i have been treated i am real glad i dont
