First off, to anyone that plays the game, you know where I'm coming from and how frustrating this could be. Now we all know that the latest World of Warcraft: Cataclysm came out on December 7th, 2010. My parents pre-ordered the Collector's Edition for me as a...

It is obvious this person had brain surgery and part of their brain removed sinec they can't spell and they are making her wait? Maybe this person is a druggie and abused drugs and it killed their brain cells and that is why they can't spell surgery. I would think that one that had surgery could spell surgery.

Walmart in Kokomo, Indiana - Big corporation ripping off the small guy

I was there at 4 AM for a sale that started at 5 AM knowing very well I may not get the item I want but I didn't even get a chance since they basically sold them at 2 AM. Walmart needs to go to Meijers for some extensive training. When they say the sale starts at 5 AM, it does. And there's no pushing and shoving. They are able to keep the crowd under control. I consider what Walmart did as fraud and there should be something we can do legally so the big corporation can't do it again.

WalMart is a horrible store.

I bought 4 boxes of walmart's "energy saving" LED outdoor lights. The bulb coverings keep falling off. These lights are horrible and of course the only way for me to do anything about it is to take them all down and return them. Then I would have to buy more lights to put back up. Who has time for this? I try to give my kids a good christmas by adding these lights to our decor. This product is junk like most of walmart's stuff. I also notice that they "lower their prices" on items, and since it's an item I buy all the time I know what the original price was and it is the exact same price as the sale price they have listed. I see them do this to products all the time. I just wander if i'm the only one who notices this. I would think it would be fraud to tell consumers that an item is on sale when the price is actualy the same. I asked an associate about it one time and they said that they raised the prices on that particular item that morning and then turned around and put it on sale. I would never shop at walmart again if I could help it, but it has become the only place to shop at anymore.

Also one lady was claiming I was sexually harassing her when I just asked her phone number and told her she was hot. They used that to fire me and I can't prove i was just trying to be friendly.

I used to work at walmart and we would mark stuff up in the morning and then turn around and "put it on sell" later in the afternoon. When I complained the store manager acted like I was nuts for caring.

I tried to form a union and was later dismissed. Of course I can't prove it.

. .I hope that walmart goes under soon!!

Because of them I got angry and told my children that they are bad and that Santa hates them and won't be getting any Christmas gifts. So they ruined my Christmas because my children won't be getting any gifts.

Thank goodness this happened during Christmas season. If not i would have said i hate them.

Walmart in Clementon, New Jersey - Management refuses to investigate lost jewelery taken in for repair

A personalized mother's ring was purchased at Cherry Hill, NJ Walmart on 05/09/09. A stone fell out of the ring. The ring was taken into Walmart for repair late August early September 2010. The associate took the ring and said that we would be notified when the ring is ready. Three months later, we hadn't heard anything from Walmart so we went into the store to inquire about the repair of the ring. The associates/management of the jewelery department are being of no help and are not offering any resolution to this issue. I was told that it would take too long to review any video for that time frame and unless we could find the customer receipt for the repair, there is nothing that could be done. I find this unacceptable and I feel that the management/associate should be more aggressive about pleasing the customer instead of worrying about how long it will take to rectify the problem.

not only that lying is bad, it was probably only a $1 mood ring she lost anyway which she tried to get $200 from.

You are ridiculous. You probably did try to scam them.

How can you forget your husband picked up and then it fell behind the dresser? Seems to me like it's all pretty clear that you knew where it was if you "forgot" it fell. If you didn't know your husband picked the ring up then how did you know it fell behind the dresser?

Race has nothing to do with it.

Lying and trying to get away with stealing is the issue. I hope they do press charges.

Nevermind this letter. Please have it removed.

I forgot they repaired the ring a month later and then it fell behind my dresser. It was my husband who went to pick it up, and not the store is threatening to have me charged with fraud because I asked for a $200 gift card to replace the ring. They think I lost the ring on purpose because I am black. Well they did not say that but they think I am trying to scam them.

It is my husband's fault he did not tell me he picked up the ring. Now they think I purpoesly lied about them losing the ring.

It will be difficult to prove false advertising since false advertising is intentional and intended to mislead. I work at a small Wal-Mart.

Lets say, for example, my distribution center receives 50 iPads. There is no reason to send a small store any iPads at all and send all 50 to a high volume store that will surely sell them all. Yes, it will make some people mad, but we all know Wal-Mart isn't worried about that. Also, read the fine print in the ad.

Every ad says that not every store will have everything in the ad, but I can't really blame everybody for not reading the fine print. I really hope something on a large scale is done because I am getting really tired of defending my greedy employer against people who fail to read the small print and pay attention to the details.

Walmart in Putnam, Connecticut - Bait & Switch

I recently purchased a video game online, that came with an attached toy. The video game hadn't been released yet, so I waited until the release date. It took Walmart an addition week before my game was sent out, and when I received it, it was just the game, not the set I purchased. When I contacted customer service I was told that what i ordered was just the game, but they would not even address the face that I paid more than what they were selling just the game for. After that, customer service refused to acknowledge my complaints.

Walmart Cash Back For signing up Scam

Walmart has on their website a fantastic offer to setup credit card and set $20 cash back. They have the procedure to setup such that it is impossible to get the $20. If you read the fine print, you only get the $20 back if you make $100 (or more) purchase when you open the credit card. The problem is that NOONE gets the credit card immediately and when you do get it. Walmart Credit Card Services will then accidentally & incorrectly tell that you will still get it if you make another purchase of $100 (or more). All along the way, every representative promised I would get my cash back no problem. Finally when you actually call them to get your $20 credit on your statement, the first representative will refer you to the supervisor and she will give you what you missed in the fine print (only applicable if you make purchases on the day you open the credit card). The fact is that you can only get it if they give you a temp credit card number when you apply. The fact is that noone is given a temp credit card. My credit rating is off the charts (own multiple homes outright and 6 figure salary) and I did not get temp credit card. Nor was there any mention that I would Not get my $20 or Qualify for when I applied. It's one of those too good to be true scams. But you would not think it come from a reputable retailer giant like Walmart.

Also he treated me like a child. I told him to *** off and mind his own business.

My 7 year old son wanted some candy. I told him no. He then stole the candy. They arrested a 7 year old, a child.

When I found out he stole the candy I punched him in the stomack and the security guard and manager told the police. Now they are putting my son in a foster home.

They both don't know what they are talking about both told me they don't do online price matching. I still want toe price matching.

Simon you don't know what you are talking about either.

You must be either the cashier who lied and told me that they don't do online price matching or the manager. I had a flyer for proof but because of my religious background they did not believe me.

It sounds like the first employee you talked to didn't know what they were talking about. None of the major retailers match their ".com" prices.
