False Advertising on Walmart.com

I went online to Walmart.com about 2 weeks ago and noticed a special of Pepsi products for $5.00 a case. I went to my local Walmart and they said they DO NOT HONOR ONLINE PRICES. I asked why, they said because the online prices would always be cheaper. I was pretty pissed. They suggested ordering it online. I went back to the website and there is NO WAY TO ORDER IT ONLINE!! Or any other grocery items. This is what you call FALSE ADVERTISING. I'm checking with a lawyer about this to see if I have a case.

Walmart does false advertising.

I saw an online ad from Walmart.com (about 2 weeks ago) for Pepsi product cases for $5.00. That is a good deal. I went to my local Walmart (Oshkosh. WI) and they told me they don't honor online prices. I was pissed. I went back to the website and looked again. There is NO WAY you can order this online either! It also did say "at participating stores" and "prices may vary at local stores". Okay. so I went back to my local Walmart and asked again. They told me they have never honored online prices because those prices are always cheaper. AND they suggested ordering it online! Well, I wrote a seething letter to Walmart Corporate. They returned saying basically that they were sorry. BIG FRICKIN' DEAL! I am going to check with a lawyer about suing them for false advertising.

Walmart in Denver, Colorado - Bottle Top (set of 12) don't fit Coca Cola cans.

Purchased at WalMart, price $9.88 on . The concept is good, but the product does not fit Coca Cola product cans. Have had "reservations" before re the "As Seen on TV" products. Apparently one gets what one pays for. However, I am "stuck" a dozen totally worthless gadgets. Plastic can however be recycled. Will attempt to up word count to the 100 recommended, although brevity usually impacts more than verbosity. Since I have survived for 85 plus years on limited retirement income, I can probably live through this. I just "hate" paying for useless merchandise. Idea is great but not best.

Walmart in Atlanta, Georgia - I must be a criminal!

My complaint is for the Walmart store in Pell City, Alabama. This is my hometown store and I frequent it a couple of times a week. I usually spend SEVERAL hundred dollars a week. Today, I went in there to buy a couple of things and to also get a new lawnmower battery. I took my old battery in there several days ago, received there little "you haven't stole this ***" sticker but since they were out of stock, I took it home with me. Today, I enter again. I walk passed the lady at the front that used to be called "greeters" you know...those cute little old people that can't live off of social security alone. Well, these are no longer "greeters". They have turned into some kind of reciept checking hound dog that will badger the customers. This lady begin to yell at me when I walked passed her with the battery in the cart (MY battery might I remind you). She said that I had to have a sticker on the battery. I told her that I had a sticker on it from the other day. She made this huge ordeal about how that sticker was not good and I needed one with the correct date on it. Well, I told her there my battery was so do whatever she needed to. After my blood pressure went down to normal levels, I continued my shopping. I was planning on trying on a bathing suit and went over to the women's dressing rooms. I have two small children, one of which can't walk yet and always bring my shopping cart into the big dressing room so the kids can sit in it while I try on the stuff. Well, this lady looked at me today and said "you are gonna have to take the kid out of the buggy before you can go in." I explained to her that I always go in with my cart and she said that because I had something in it, I could not take it inside. Well, first off let me explain to you what was in the cart... it was empty except for a GALLON size jug of sweet tea! Okay, so I understand them wanting to cut down on theft...but I am a lady that is 5'4" and 135lbs. Where in God's green earth would I find to put a gallon size jug so that I could steal it???? I told that lady that Walmart was completely ridiculous and I was not having my child crawl around on their nasty floors while I tryed on a bathing suit. I threw it down and walked off. I thought that businesses were supposed to make their customers feel welcomed. This Walmart store is completely opposite. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out, they make you feel like a hardened criminal. Maybe next time I will just go ahead and wear a *** orange jumpsuit and shackels.

Poorest ever Services at Walmart

This is at least the 5th time I have gone to the Walmart in Clovis and they had no available carts for their customers. I went to ask if anyone was retrieving carts and the lady at door says yes, one person is...I said well, shouldn't there be more than one person if all your carts are outside and not inside????It does not make sense when all the carts are outside and not inside..... She says well, if you need one, you can go out and get one your self.........I did I walked out and never returned.......

Walmart

I shopped Walmart in Chardon Ohio store last evening, May 1,2010. Check out time was at 8:00PM. Our bill came to over $150 which was in food and other items. Upon arriving at the checkouts, I was amazed how many people were in the lines to check out. There was two registers open for small order and only three regular checkouts. Each checkout had at least eight people in line all with large orders. I observed the operation very closely as I stood at the front lines looking for anyone in charge. There was clearly no manager around to talk to. Finally I went to the customer service desk and that person was busy as well. Upon asking a cashier who was cleaning the checkout belt, if she was going to open, she told me it was her time to leave. That is very understandable. People should leave when their work schedule is complete. However, there should be someone to come take their place when the store is obviously busy. I feel 8:00 is a very busy time. Finally I see someone ready to open and I asked her if she was going to and she said yes. I called my wife to that register and we finally were able to checkout. We were told they were scrambling around looking for employees who knew how to ring register. Then this female employee who I assumed must have been either a manager or customer service person was running around the front end after she saw what a mess it was. At another register was a woman and her small kids who needed some help with her purchases to her car. She had many bags and a card table. They couldnt find anyone to help her but finally after awhile someone did. This is very bad for business of course. I have to wonder if I will even shop that store again.
