My family and I are big contributors to the Wal Mart Corporation. My daughters usually go to get meat from the deli, and every week they have something new to tell me. This week I was completely fed up with it. The people there are rude to them and give them a hard...

Walmart in Urbana, Illinois - Trouble

You really do need to take a chill pill and grow up yourself. People that are continually making you to be a bad person when they are the ones going around the stroe putting things in there blue bags and purses all because they claim they do not have any money. Well you know what people who work and steal from there company need to move on and let other people who do want to work. This person has been caught many times and will never be fired because they claim she is the queen. Well you know what no one is the queen in retail. Everyone is to work together where you are a cumstomer or an employee. Now employees like this we do not need if they constantly keep watching other employees or customers just so they can try and steal something themselves. I have already caught this person taking tags and exchanging the tags and because of who this perosn is they do not care. We all need to take a stand and try and stop the shop lifters from stealing the more we stop the better the profit. You realize that because of you and everyone else that are biased about this whole matter are the ones creating the bigger burden. How can a person do there job at the door if they are going around doing whatever they please. The door greeters are to stay at the door at all times especially now. This is the biggest season for profit loss. So what you have been telling me is that it is okay for her to watch other people entering the store but she is does not have to watch the people exiting the door. That is where my biggest complaint is. She is not watching the door like she should when certain people come through the door. She goes into to trans and starts to stare while people are exiting the door and should could care a less whether she catches that person or not. She has a problem staying focused on the things she needs to stay focused on is all I have been trying to say. People like that do not need to be door greeters if they can not stay focused on the job at hand. Too much is in stake with people walking out with equipment. She already had several thing pass her the other day when I was in the store. She cared more about talking to another customer rather than taking care of the person with the package the beeper went off on and how do we ever know that item was ever paid. I look at that as pure negligence and failure to do the job properly.

Walmart in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Wlmart can't make a last gift a good one.

About 6 to 8 weeks ago, My mom bought a Linksys router and usb card for me. I was wanting a wireless G router for my computers. I didn't know she did this until I was going through her belongings after she died on Oct 10, 2009 and found the gifts signed to me. Right then I was happy to have a last memento from my mother after her death. But they are defective. They will not stay connected long enough to work. The wireless ability on the router was not working correctly. So I tried to bring them back to walmart to exchange them for a different brand as linksys is pretty much junk anyways. But I was not able to, They said if I exchanged them for the same thing I can do it. But they did not have the same router. It was a newer router. But yet it was the same thing just looked different. And then when i brought them back up to the the counter they decided not to exchange them. That I needed the receipt and all the information that only my mother would know. I told them she was dead. And she was the one that knew about the information needed. And that all I wanted was working items. Not defective ones. Now my moms gift has been tainted by this lousy store and I am now stuck with garbage electronics. I will not go back to this store. I am bring all of my business to Kmart. And I am going to make sure that everyone in my life knows about this. And I will spread the word to all the customers I help at my place of employment that averages to about 500 a day. I will make sure I at least let people know how low and worthless the customer satisfaction and products are. And that they don;t care that there customers aren't happy or if the product works. They just care that they get there money. I am stuck with a junk product that cost my mom over $70 dollars. I can not use it.Because of there lousy customer service and lack of help. My moms last gift to me was turned into garbage and bad thoughts and hurt.

:( Same thing happened to me! It was a set of 3 $10.00 giftcards for AppleBee's! It wouldn't work with my recipients, and of course, made me look like ***.

Walmart in Ville Platte, Louisiana - Arkansas Complaint

I dont beleive that Pizza Hut should be able to have false advertising. The T.V. add states they have ANY Large Pizza for $10.00. I have tried to order that special twice & the Pizza Hut in Ashflat Arkansas, says that they are not included in that special. Why are they allowed to advertise that if it is not true! At first I was told it was only available in Tenn. & Mississippi, then my sister bought one today in Mt.Home Arkansas. I called Ashflat again, & was told it was not a deal in their store. Thank you for your time, Vickie Ray

Walmart in Danbury, Wisconsin - Failed to provide a product when they are one of two places in our town to get what was needed.

My son needed new dress pants, and shoes. Because they are part of a uniform, they had to be a certain color. Wal- Mart is the only store in town that has children's clothing. They had black and gray dress slacks only, not the kackie I needed. As for the shoes all they had were black and I needed brown. Why Does wal- mart claim to have everything a person needs when they really don't? Another thing. Why does a store run out of something they know they sell a lot of and often? It just doesn't make any sense.

Walmart in Bluefield, West Virginia - Basis treatment

at a one day electronics sale. after standing in line for a laptop, a asst. manager came around to everyone in line, counting us and stopped at the woman behind me, saying that she was the last. when we got up to pay for ours the same asst. manager came back up to the same woman and started asking her a bunch of questions about how long she had been there, that she was going to sell the lap top to another customer that hadnt been in line at all. i felt she was getting miss treated so i asked for a manager and pulled out cell phone to video tape the event. as soon as i pick up my cell phone and opened it, the asst. manager i was talking to started gettig very angry asking me if i had taped her and that she was calling the cops. she then following me out the store, called the cops, had me treated like trash in front of everyone and banned me from the store. but the woman did get her laptop, thank goodness for she is a elementry school teacher. the asst. manager took all the attention off of her wrong doing and acted like i was a criminal, i asked the cops and store manager to review the store video tapes and if i had one, mine also to prove i hadnt done anything wrong, but the store manager nor local city cops wanted to hear my side or other witnesses around us. i do have contact info for the witnesses. also i never recorded anything just opened my cell phone and looked through it. i spoke to the teacher later, she said she wouldnt have got the laptop if i hadnt done what i did, she thanked me and offered her support for what had happened. and said she would never go back there again! neither will I! made me feel degraded, embarressed, blood persure shot thru the roof. i felt like i was haven a stroke, talked to me like i was nothing when i hadnt done anything wrong but take up for a school teacher. please what can be done?
