Walmart outlet area

this walmart is horrible they didn't have anything when I got there and then when checking out I stood in line for 20 minutes when a new line opened they turned me around and told me they have to get other customers(who just got in the line after me) first. They only had 3 registers still taking customers and the self checkout in which the closed down. All the managers was walking around not doing anything to speed up the progress I swear everytime I return to walmart it gets worse. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS...

The East Greenbush NY Walmart has their Greeters pulling double duty. They sit by the exit and as you leave the checkout, they stop you to check your receipt and cart. They claim it's for anything that's not in a bag???? As it turns out most of their...

I am writing to inform you of the problem I have had with my vehicle following service at this center on 02/27/2009. I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma V6 4.0 L automatic. Not long after this oil change, I began to experience a "lag" in my transmission. I took it to a local...

WalMart destroyed my transmission

I have taken my truck in for oil changes 3 times in the last year. The first two times the invoice stated that the transmission fluid check was "declined" due to a sealed transmission. The last one states that the fluid was checked. My truck has a 100,000 mile "sealed" transmission, with no dipstick or reservoir for filling. The only way to access it is by the drain plug underneath the vehicle, which looks very similar to the oil drain. Following my last oil change my transmission started slipping. The dealer checked it and found a "mixture" of the correct transmission fluid and an unidentifiable fluid. The fluid is dark brown, cloudy and smells very burnt. My transmission is ruined, and WalMart is the only one who has worked on my truck. I am trying to get retribution from them now, as I cannot afford a new $4000transmission on a vehicle on which I still owe $5000.

Walmart customer service

I was in a Walmart in Tallahassee with my family tonight and the cashier was so nice and chatty to the customer in front of us and before she started checking us out was chatting with the woman behind us. She did not say ONE word to my family and I. Not hi or anything else. She never even told us what the total was or how much our change was. The entire time she was checking us out she kept her head averted so as not to have to look in our direction. Thew cashier was African American and my family is white. I'm filing a complaint with the corporate office, which will be the second time that my family has been treated like this. I smiled at the cashier and my 13 year old daughter said hello and she looked coldly at both of us and went back to staring away from us. This is highly unprofessional and inexcusable. My family will not be shopping at ANY Walmart again because this type of behavior is unacceptable. I teach my children to look at how someone is in the inside and not the color of their skin. Maybe Walmart should do a better job of teaching the grown people that work that same lesson. I'm going to write to every member of the corporate office until I have some satisfactory resolution to this situation. If this was the first time it had happened I would let it go, however, my family is treated like this by probably 95% of the African American cashiers and employees in the Walmart stores. I will no longer be shopping at Walmart because simply put, I'm tired of explaining to my 13 year old why these people are so rude to her when she isn't to them.

Walmart in Cincinnati, Ohio - Insurance fraud

charged my insurance $140.00 plus my $20.00 co-pay when eye exams are $60.00 frames purchased are NO good, lens do not fit in frames they keep falling out when you complain to them all they want to do is charge YOU for new lens' why should "I" have to pay twice for a service when "I" was not the one that made the lens' to fit the frame? when they put new lens' in a frame they scratch them and then blame you for their mistake. when you purchase complete glasses for wal-mart you need to keep going back weekly to have them fixed because for some reason the lens' fall out or the screws come out of the frames or something else is wrong and you are unable to wear the glasses "YOU" paid $250.00 for. a lawyer sounds real good at this time. no one seams to want to help resolve this problem that i have had for the past 2 years with wal-mart vision center

Walmart in Fort Collins, Colorado - Wal-Mart customer service sucks

Over the last year I have noticed walmart customer service declining. You have 50 people in line at the register and 1 or maybe 2 registers open, The prices have gone up so high to make up for the ridiculous remodeling of each store...dumb idea! you cant find anything anymore, the stocking of products on shelves is very bad always out of everything and never restocked. I refuse to shop at walmart anymore and Im not the only one thats feels the same way! I will shop elsewhere from now on. In my words this store...sucks bad! real bad!!

Walmart in Toronto, Ontario - Wal Mart complaint

We visited the Wal-Mart Supercenter at this location on May 21, 2009 for the purpose of buying some groceries, sunscreen and whatever we found of interest after shopping at the Outlet mall in the area. When our purchases were being scanned by the cashier, he noted that we needed to show ID for our two cases of beer being purchased. I then proceeded to show him my Ontario Driver's License, politely pointing out to him my birthdate as indicated on the front of the license (which also has my picture thereon). He immediately then asked for my passport as, "since I was not a U.S. citizen, that is the only acceptable proof of ID". When I pointed out that I did not have a passport, he then asked me for a "resident card" which I explained is not something that we have in Canada. I then offered to show him any other credit card, etc. with my name on it but he stated that it was the store policy that they needed a passport from ANY NON-U.S. CITIZEN. I told him that I did not even need a passport to enter the U.S. but he still insisted that it was store policy and that unless I had a passport, I could not buy any beer.I would like to point out, which I also did to this clerk, that I am 45 years old, and, as much as I would like to look like I am in my 20's, I do not, in any way appear so. I even mentioned to him that I had a daughter who was in her 20's! My husband, who is also 45 also offered to show his Driver's License but the clerk would not even look at it""no passport, no beer. Period. I then asked to speak to the manager and the clerk stated that he would page her but that, "she's gonna tell you the same thing anyway". Well, she showed up and, after being "pre-warned" by this clerk who left his till to fill her in on the details, she immediately said that it was store policy and that without a passport, we could not buy any alcohol. She would not even discuss it any further, even though we had told her that we just bought alcohol in every other surrounding town nearby (and even in this town), and if asked for ID, our Driver's License was always sufficient""even at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Newport, TN which was closer to our campground. She reiterated that it was store policy; then, the clerk piped up and said, "see, I told "˜ya" which really made us angry. When I stated that I would be writing a letter regarding this experience they both just shouted, "Fine!" and "Have a nice day". After a few choice words (and not having a nice day at that point), we left our groceries and goods still in the bags and left the store, having made sure to cancel my previous swiped credit card (which, has no problem being accepted, even in the U.S., and sometimes, even without ID). When exiting, my husband specifically pointed out the sign above the cash registers stating, "Alcohol purchases require ID". I guess that what it should have said is that, unless you are a U.S. Citizen, you can kiss your booze goodbye!
