Walmart in Jackson, Mississippi - Not pleased with supervisor

I was shopping one day and was passing a shelf (maybe 8ft in ht) in the store, so when I looked up to see the price it had 0.00 (over the top) on it so because it was shampoo and conditioner that I'd always purchased (Sauve). I picked up 5 of each and went to check out. When I told the cashier of the price, she called a floor supervisor and I showed her the sign above the shelf and she accused me 5'6" tall of putting it there without a ladder. I laughed at her and told her I just wanted what I had for free because the sign stated it. She told me I had to pay for it. I felt disappointed at her actions and attitude that she took with me in front of the other customers and put the 10 products back. I feel like if your employees make an error it is not the customers fault. The store has cameras and my word should have enough proof. I am not mad at wal-mart it's just some of its employees can take things to the extreme.

The worst time in walmart

I am really upset in the customer service skill in the West haven store. I was in there shopping and i was looking for a Mgr. I had been asking everyone i seen to call a Mgr for me. the kept walking Ast. Mgr. Joe. they asked for his location and he said rite here. The lady asked again and he said hold on let me put my GPS on and started laughing. I didnt think this was a game and i was very disturbed. This man Joe is soposto be a MGR and he was sitting there acting like a kid. That will be the last time i shop there again.

I brought my own brand new designer frames in and asked if they could fit them with lenses. They said no problem. The cost would be $80 per lens and a $20 processing fee, for a total of $180. After I gave them my money it was nothing but trouble. The first week I got a...

WalMart gift cards for surveys.

I have taken several surveys with several surveyors and not one has given me the cards I've earned. If you are going to use these surveyors then you should take responsibility for the fraud they commit. I was frauded out of three $1000.00 gift cards, five $500.00 gift cards, three $100.00 gift cards, and several for $25.00 & $50.00. I know that you are a big company and I'm just a peon to you but I'm not the only one that was treated this way. I will no longer take surveys offering your gift cards if I do not get satisfaction!

Walmart in Harrison, Arkansas - Our Wal-Mart never keeps baby formula stocked

I am the mother of a 5 month old baby girl. I recieve WIC to help pay for the ridiculously high cost of the formula (I had to buy 2 cans to get through and it was 30 bucks) I wish I was filthy rich to the point where I could afford to buy it, but as I said, the cost is absolutely ridiculous. For the second time, I go to get formula because we our out, and there are NO cans of the Infamil Lipil with Iron, which is the only formula I am allowed to get. I ran around the store for about an hour trying to find someone to help me. Finally someone went into the back and said that there were 300 cans sitting on a truck, but none of the unloaders were there yet. I go to speak to a manager and a very helpful, and nice cashier called to the back to tell one of the managers I wanted to speak with him. I stood there for over 25 minutes waiting on him. This cashier kept calling to the back every five minutes, trying everything she could do to get someone to come up front. All the while, my baby girl is whimpering and eating her blanket because she was hungry, and I had no formula on me to feed her because I had used the last of it before I left the house. He FINALLY showed up, and I told him what was going on, and that one of the few helpful employees went into the back to check, and said they were sitting on the truck. This man straight up LIED to me and said the truck wasn't there yet. I know for a fact that he lied because two more employees went to the back to check, and verifed it was back there on a truck. He brushed me off and told me to take a can free of charge to get me through, and was basically unapologetic. I went back this morning to get the rest of my formula and the shelf is STILL empty. I usually write off their incompentencies and brush them off, but when it comes to my daughter and her food, they are messing with the WRONG person.

Walmart in Montreal, Quebec - Very mean sales clerk towards me and child

Last night, my son and I returned a guitar hero guitar for Play Station 2 game. I bought it last month at Wal-Mart in Cowansville, Quebec Canada. The guitar didn't work anymore, it's my 3rd time retuning it. The person at customer care told me I am not able to return it. They said it's because it's over a month old. It's 1 month and 3 days old. But I had no problems before returning it before. The lady started screaming at me and my son. That I can't return it. So Itold them i'll ever go to wal-mart again. Walmart in Ruidoso, New Mexico - Screwed up my tire pressure monitors

After purchasing $1250 worth or new Michelin tires from Walmart, they broke three of five tire pressure monitors in my Toyota 4Runner. Walmart sent us 50 miles to the nearest Toyota dealer and they discovered the problem, but Walmart only agreed to pay for one of the three monitors The assistant manager at Walmart was rude, uncooperative and demanded that we sign a release. Needless to say, we have not signed anything and two of the monitors have not been replaced at this time. In the future, I will spend more money and go to a dealer who bothers to train their employees and stand behind their work. I have been told that all tires will have pressure monitors in the future so beware consumers. Don't purchase tires where the employees have not been trained on how to properly handle these devices. The monitors cost in excess of $120 and this could set you back a pretty penny.
