Walmart was taken over by the board of directors that represent themselves only. They represent the greed and horror of Anti-American traitors.

They have been taken over by the Clintons and such.

No longer a family owned All American Company. Walmart is an Anti-American corporation.

Walmart in Danbury, Connecticut - Exessive and fraudulent charges

I used a pay telephone, 9/21/08 at the Walmart in Havre, Montana, in the evening and wanted to charge the call to my credit card. After following the instructions several times, with no luck in getting my call through, a customer service rep. came on the line and offered to help. I explained what I was trying to do and he helped. I thought, "how nice". The call went through, but no one answered, which was strange because I was calling my elderly mother who does not leave the house in the evening. I waited a while and tried again, with the same negative results. Finally another customer service rep came on and offered to assist me after I once again explained my attempts to follow the instructions. Again I thought "how nice", even though I had to twice correct her understanding of the number I wanted to dial. It finally went through and I spoke to my mother for about 5 minutes. When I recieved my bank statement with the charge for the one call that went through, I was astounded to see both the call that was not the number I was calling and did not get answered, was charged to me at $25.06 (that's $25.06 for 0 minutes!) and the one that did go thourgh was an incredible $33.94, about $6.78 a minute! I paid my credit card bill with these two charges, but, I demand a refund of both the fraudulent charge and a refund of some of the cost of the call that did go through. I should not have had to utilize assistance; the phone should be in complete working condition or removed. .

Ditto Jim's comments. Wal-Mart is in a lot of things (and a lot of things they should not be), but thankfully pay phone service is not one of them.

The pay phone is the property of the phone company, not Wal-Mart. Your complaint needs to go to the phone service provider, not the store.

#41443

Uhh, WalMart does not supply or service the phone so complain to the phone provider. The company and their contacts are likely listed on the front of the phone above where you put in coins.

Second, if you dispute charges made on your credit card - DON'T PAY THEM.

Contact your credit card company and let them know you dispute the charges - right away - and they will freeze payment to the company submitting the charge and/or will investigate the charges and credit your account if they are suspect.

If the credit card company is aware of the dispute, you won't have to pay interest on the charges during the investigation either. Read the back of your statement - all this is likely spelled out there.

Walmart not honoring advertisments...

I live in El Paso, Texas and our local corner store Walmart says they will match any competitors advertisement. Well, there is a new store called Ranch Market and on Thursday's they have great specials on fruit and vegetables. Walmart use to match their price. If Ranch Market was selling oranges for 6 pounds for 99 cents then Walmart would match them. Now walmart has changed their mind. They are saying that Ranch Market's fruits and vegetables are not comparable to there's, that their fruit and vegetables are bigger and better so they don't have to match them. I think this is crock, they realize that all us stay at home moms are showing up in the mornings, getting our fruits and vegetables and I guess they feel like they are losing out. I told them if that is what their new policy is, they need to put it in the front entrance so when customers come in with their Ranch Advertisments they will now that they will not be honored at Walmart.

I saw that letter too, I also saw the OP reply rudely. I think that is why it got deleted.

She did admit that they were not the same brand as you said. Then when people told her they match by brand and by size she started using the f bomb.

Did you not write another letter, one where you said wal-marts fruits were bigger and a different brand, Where is that letter? Why did you ask for it to be deleted?

Walmart - Wal-Mart Middlefield,Ohio Blows!

I went to get two tires put on my car. First,I needed a different tire size than was on the car because someone had put the wrong tire size on it before I got the car.....Right away we needed a manager and to sign a waver just to get two tires put on! Next,Mr.HillBilly auto service guy pulls the car in the bay and notices a transmission fluid drip. A drip about the size of a quarter that must have just started since I had not noticed it in my drive. Right away hillbilly guy started saying he can't work on the car and needed a manager again. Next they tell me because of the drip I could not get two tires........ I asked for the manager only to find the auto service center manager was not in that day. All In all,Mr.HillBilly service guy (Dave) did nothing but sit on his butt because all the bays were empty. Best Of All,I drove right to sears and had two tires put on without a problem! Please Do the same! The Gene Pool is very shallow @ Wal-mart Middlefield

Mr. Pool,

I recommend going to a Dealership.

Now a days prices are competative, and the technicians are professionally trained (their training is comparable to an associates degree). Looks like no customer confidence for walmart!

Walmart in Indianapolis, Indiana - Hot Springs Wal-Mart Albert Pike Rd

Dont go to the Wal Mart on Albert Pike Road in Hot Springs if you want to be treated like a Human being or if you expect any courtisy at all. My wife and I went to the store and buying groceries the lanes were all full. If you got more than 20 items, dont dare ask a cashier in a express lane to check you out even if all they are doing is talking about the hairdoo or what color they are going to put in their hair. They would rather do that than help the customers out by offering to check out some one with OMG more than the selected number of items listed on the post. Lest we forget no one else in line at all and no one comming up to be checked out. I guess we need to pay the clearks for doing nothing and not customer service. If I ran my business like that I would be out of business. I called the Manager and got no help or resolution at all...called bentonville ( at least they were polite ).

Actually you would run out of business long before you ran it like they did. I can't believe you own a business with your misspellings and such that even a sixth grader can spell.

You use capital leters where you should not, and leave capital's out where you should put them. You misspell words.

what kind of business do you own. I want to avoid it because if you can't even write a proper letter you probably don't take care of your customers either.

Walmart in Memphis, Tennessee - WHO CAN I TALK TOO ABOUT MY CLAIM

I went to Wal-Mart about two weeks ago for a oil change. When i left the store parking lot i notice that my car was leaking oil, it was leaking so badly that the guy that was to the right of me told me to pull over because of the loud sound that was coming from the car.So i turned off in the sears auto store lot. When i got there i got out the car and looked under the car and it was a pool of oil i pulled the car back and the sound seem even louder. So i was telling the guy i just came from the Wal-Mart store and they did a oil change on my car, so he took a look and said that i should call the store to speak with the maneger. So i did just that, two guys came out from the store they looked under my car and filled it with oil cranked the car it still had that bad sound coming from it. So they did a claim on it told me too call in a hour to get the claim number, so i did just that. The next day i spoked to someone from CMI.I gave my claim number and they gave me the adjuster name nancy who is really rude and will not return calls nnnnnnnnnnnnn and i can never get incontact with her at her direct number. when I call her she tell the other adjuster to say she is on break even if she just came from a lunch break seconds ago,she still lie.Now They say that they are waiting on picture's from Wal-Mart,that was over night that thursday. Today is monday, when i called all i got was rude people who tell lies about where nancy is, not the truth about the issue. So i'm going to see what tomorrow look like and what lie they have too tell. I JUST WANT TO BE TREATED BETTER BY WAL-MART INSTEAD OF BEING TALK TO BADLY!!!

If you do not get results by speaking to the manager call the Corp. offices.

I would talk to a manager about this. I work at a Wal-Mart and I would never treat someone this bad.

Rose, if your sister is retarded why is she living at home. Should she not be living in a treatment home.

Also if the comment offends you so much why don't you leave the site. This is the internet honey and if some comment I make offends you because of your retarded sister than get off the site. Don't take it out on me because of how your sister turned out.

Did your mother drink, smoke or use drugs while pregnant, if so it could explain why she turned out the way she did. Still IMO they should put her and people like her in a treatment home so we don't have to spend our tax money making sure they get their disability check.

I just tried to exchange an item I received at my baby shower. The gift giver told me she forgot to get a gift receipt but that the item was bought at wal-mart. I thought great I should have no problem exchanging this item. Wal-mart has always been so customer friendly...

Baby items are high theft. Having people exchange items that are high theft without proof of purchas is one way retail companies keep costs low.

Not that you did steal it, but if they were to just go on your word alone, then they would have to go on everyone's word.

Pretty soon costs would be through the roof and the store would close. ***.

I have a better idea Trevor, she should sleep with the district manager and then have her way with the company. Sleeping with the manager worked for her manager, perhaps it will work for you as well. Make sure you are good and please him though.

Yeah right $1000 a week you spend at Walmart, that means you spend $4000 a month and $52000 a year. That added to your gas money, your house hold expenses, your gas money to and from work, ect lets say gas and household expenses cost you $750, a month that means that you spend $7500 in 10 months, plus another $1500 for the two extra months making $9000, then there are other stores, lets say $100 a month, $1200 a year. Add all this up you still have a profit of roughly $15000 a year and you are still complaining and asking for freebies what gives?
