On February 9th 2023 my wife and I went to my local Walmart to go food shopping. When I went to the self checkout my total bill came to $140.
When I went to use Walmart pay, my card was declined. I thought this was a technical issue with your machine that would be corrected because I had more then enough money in my account so we left the store. After getting home I remembered that I had changed my debit card number and never updated the info in my Walmart app. While my wife stayed home, I went back to Walmart.
Within 30 minutes of originally leaving the store I was back at customer service trying to pay for my items. First I was told to bring the items back so they could be rung up and then I could pay for them. This was not possible because my wife was home unpacking the groceries. Next I was told to pick out the same items again so I could pay for them.
This was not possible because I wouldn"t be able to remember every single item. I suggested they just check the register. I was told this was not possible because the info would have been deleted because the items were not paid for. (based on this I could have simply walked out the door and paid nothing).
I then suggested they check the security film. The security employee was not happy about this because it would take a little time. But eventually he did it. After waiting ONE HOUR the security employee came back with a scowl on his face and took me to customer service to pay my bill, which I did.
He then left without saying anything. I could have simply did nothing and would have $140 of free food from your store. But I chose to do the right thing and NOT ONCE did anyone thank me for being honest. NOTHING.
These employees acted as though I was interfering with their day. This even took place at your store in Lakeland Florida on Highway 98 North.

I ordered four new tires online and canceled it an hour after I ordered them because I found them cheaper and I bought them somewhere else and I canceled my order and wanted a refund because I didn't want that name brand tire either. I wanted to also get a refund back to my card that I use to my bank.

User's recommendation: Be careful to order and cancel because customer service will take a long time to get back with you and it's hard to get a hold of somebody when you make an orders. I made an online order cancel it within 1 hour and body on the phone to tell me if it's been processed or not. And I cannot seem to get a call back either. It seems like a very complicated process and tracking the package does not help as well because I canceled it so there's a longer track and then I can't get a hold of anybody for the refund.

I have used your K-cups for a couple years now. I generally purchased the 48 ct box.
I had to go back to the smaller 12 ct because the 48 wasn't available in Fremont, NE. I get the 48 ct again and they plug up my keurig. At first I blamed it on the machine that was only two months old, but then I tried my old machine and it does the same thing. I ruined a half dozen cups and then took the box back.
Because I didn't have my receipt, I had to get the 48 ct box again. It does the same thing. I've figured out how to deal with it, but it sure is annoying.
Have you changed them somehow? Just thought you should know.

User's recommendation: Make sure when people buy the test strips from Walmart that they know they’re not refundable. I didn’t see a sign there that said that just wanted to exchange them and I run into so many rude people at Walmart.

We've been visiting Walmart #2038 in Sterling for a month now, hoping to find water to refill. But there is no water there.
And this is not the first time, this is repeated regularly.
After dozens of visits, we decided to check out other Walmart stores, and at the first store far from our home, we refilled our water supply.
We are interested in the question: why such problems in WM#2038?
Of course, the store management will try to refute what was written. In the veracity of what was written, it is easy to check in the era of computerization - it is enough to clarify in which periods water for refill was not sold.

Pretty scary that you got away with walking out knowing your card was declined. You have no excuse and you're lucky you're not in jail.
I see that my stalker is back. Well if I see them making posts about children or their grandmother I will report them. But looks like they were banned for their nasty posts.

Do you not know how to read? I thought that I paid for the food.I thought that it was a technical issue and that I paid for the food.
I then realized that I changed my debit card number I realized that I didn't pay. Since I didn't pay for the food I had no receipt. I am a customer. I don't get paid to re-shop.
I forgot what we bought. They just didn't want to do their job. They did not even thank me. The security said I did pay for the food.
I already started this. I was offended. I offered to pay. Finally someone got all the items and changed me.
What could have happened in 5 minutes took an hour. He said next time I did that he would have me charged. Then when I argued with him he said that my wife and I were banned for a year and if we came back he you have us arrested for trespassing.I don't care. I won't be back in my life let alone a year.
I was almost arrested for this. Even though I was honest. Honestly gets me nowhere. Should have not paid for it at all.Was treated like a thief.
Like I deliberately stole . I even thought that the recipt was broken.
Not my fault should have just not paid for their mistake. Should have stole the food since they think I was going to.

I thought that I did pay for the items. It was not until I got home that realized what happened. They did not want to do the job me to do the job for them. I don't get paid for that period they do.
I asked her to check the security Footage The security guard did He then said I did not pay for the food. I already told them this period was he not paying attention. He got rude and sent out to pay for it right now. He meets someone else getting on the items I paid for them.
He said if I did this again I would be arrested peri start arguing with him cause hes treating me like I did on purpose. He told me it was a band phone store not to come back. He said i would be charged with trespassing if i did. Same with my wife.
This is for a full year. I said don't worry. I will never return. I was treated like a thief Like I did this on purpose.
What should have taken five minutes took over an hour. When I treeatened to sue for time he banned me a year. Should have stolen the food. This is what I get for being honest.
They don't even apologize for wasting my time and I didn't have a receipt. Thought it was out of order
You said your card was declined. How could you have even thought you paid for the items you walked out the door with?
YOU made the mistake in walking out the door without a receipt showing that you had paid for what you took. Yes, you did the right thing in going back and paying for the groceries but expecting them to know what you had technically shoplifted is a little much.
Not only does this child walk out of the store without paying for his items, he also felt hurt when I told him off and gave me thumbs down
