Pharmacy

I owned a drug store for 23 years and if we had treated our business for the Pharmacy as your polices are, we would not have lasted two months. I had the pharmacist tell me today that she needed to speak with the Dr. before she could refill. After hours of trying to get medicine for my daughter who is a 4th stage cancer person who uses a mouthwash for the pain that is made up in the pharmacy it took me over 6 hours calling back and forth for this medication. I called the Dr. myself, he called the Pharmacy and after never getting them to answer the phone, he left a message by voice mail to fill it, which they never listened to the message. She was too busy giving vaccines to people. She is a Pharmacist. My daughter has cancer of the mouth. When I called and told them about the Dr. having a message for her to fill it. She called him back and argued with the Dr. it was too early to fill it. Then she told me she was going to fill it, but Walmart's policy was for them to wait while she filled it and she did not when she would fill it. I had to hire someone to go and sit and wait until she decided she was going to fill it, because I did not have anyone else to go get it. If I could give you 0 stars for the Pharmacy on 425 So., Monticello, AR. that is what it would be. No phone answered by anyone forever. Questioning the Dr. on a refill after he has called twice to have it filled and her not doing her job as a Pharmacist, but giving vaccines when you have run ever other Pharmacy out of town, it is pitiful service and you make us grovel to get a RX from your pharmacy.

User's recommendation: If you can go anywhere else, they do not appreciate their customers. I spend tons of money on groceries there, but I would never go in unless Walmart had run everyone else out of business. You are high on your prices and do not appreciate any customer.

A lot of laws are changing in regards to pain medications. Regulators are cracking down on both doctors and pharmacies in an effort to stop over use of addictive pain medications. Don't blame the pharmacy for being overly cautious.

Package sent to wrong address

I bought a computer part from the Walmart app but they sent it to the wrong address. I have a receipt showing that i correctly put in my address so this is 100% on them. The product was 350$ and Im furious.

My package wasn't delivered

It's obviously the FedEx driver delivered the package to the wrong address. I called customer service, and they ordered another product, l should get it in a few days..

Denied reiept of exchange

Super Walmart supposly started new policy can't return items u have to debit card to return? Sense when. They told change went in effect week ago and it's not for customer to know.

If you do not have a receipt for the original purchase it is up to the store if they give an exchange receipt. It is also up to the store to give you cash if the amount is 24.99 or less. If the item is 25.00 or higher it always put on a store card.

Hello I have previously worked at Walmart and trying to re-apply. I do not remember my username or password to get into my account and cannot create a new account because my information has already been used. I talk to the HR of my Walmart and she does not know what to do. How can I reset everything?

Refund

Have been told that my refund would be there in 5 business days since the 17th of February. This is the third time that I have called and was told the same thing today.

Very unbelievably, rude, racist employee

My wife and I were shopping in your Fort Myers on Colonial Blvd location. I asked the employee Tyshawn when closing time is, and he looked me up and down and then went back to talking to the other employee next to him. I repeated my question and then he rudely sneered and mumbled something. I am 41 years old and have never experienced worse customer service. If this is typical of this store, LET ME KNOW and I will never spend another dollar of my hard-earned money with WalMart or Sam's Club again.

User's recommendation: Never shop at East Ft Myers Walmart if Tyshawn still works there.

You are 41 years old, I would think you would know the difference between an employee being a disrespectful jerk and racism. You just ASSume it is based on your race.

I ORDER AN ITEM ON-LINE , AND DID NOT RECIVED.

I did order on feb 19, in the morning went to work then i a message stating it was delivered same day. On the they said it would be delivered on march 3rd, nothing yet!!!!

Lack of product

i have been to rt 18 old bridge nj store for 3 weeks in a row and you are still out of stock on item 57804**** french vanilla stuffed in almost every flavor slot.. soup aisle was an absolute mess with everything all mixed together and not in correct place(im talking about whole cases of soup) out of many soups. they had no gv stuffing mixes. i went there with a shopping list 0f 21 items and left with only 17 of my items. not a good average. i had to waste time gas and money to go to shoprite to pick up the items you have been out of ! its a shame i enjoy the gv line of foods as many are better tasting than the big name brands and usually cheaper.

User's recommendation: dont waste your time complaining they dont care what we think as long as we spend spend spend.

Who do I contact regarding donations for nonprofit organizations

seeking information donations for non profit organizations. I am in the Jacksonville Florida area and would like to partner with a local Wal Mart to assist with providing shelter to the homeless. Walmart can be of assistance through donations of goods.

Did not use my Affirm account for Walmart purchase I made

I purchased a vacuum cleaner on the Walmart site with Affirm as a payment plan to pay $15 a month. Then today my bank charged me the whole amount. I spoke with someone @Affirm who said they could see I was approved for the vacuum, but I would have to call Walmart as the problem was on their end. The person from Walmart said I didnt check Affirm when I paid the bill. Which I know I did as I had to get approval from Affirm to purchase using them. So if I want my money back when the vacuum is delivered I can send it back or return it to the local store.
