Ordered freezer on Sunday. Delivered Monday with a dent.

Attempted to do return. Over 5 hours on phone in the last 3 days. Then bank statement shows they took 80 dollars more than product costs. Talked to 5 supervisors.

The last supervisor called Fed Ex to give me a return confirmation. I was told they would pick up Thursday the 19th. They did offer credit but I have now paid for 2 freezers and Fed Ex showed up today after all that. Still have not received second freezer and bank account charged twice.

Totally incompetent customer services.

3 days waiting and still no new freezer and Fed Ex showed up a day early. Never again.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase appliances from Walmart.Com.
