one payment, didn't clear our bank, presented as second time cleared without incident this prompted them to close my account without notice, found out when purchase declined at register, had to call customer service to get reason. Sent to account recovery by customer service, recovery said our account was open and in good standing with no adverse action taken or pending.
sent back to customer service who said account closed and that there was nothing that could be done about it once it s closed they cannot/will not re open. I was of course given the option to reapply which will require another credit check.
