1) She kept saying my insurance was expired last year (It is not expired because I am still employed, have insurance and I used my insurance to pay my prescription this year at Walmart) 2) She asked me to call insurance company to verify, so I called my insurance and verify that it is valid. I have to line up (2nd time) to talk to her. 3) She refused to talk to the representative of my insurance through cell phone. She only gave a piece of paper and asked me to fill out my Bin, PCN, ID and Group number and asked me to line up again (3rd time)4) She also told her co-worker that she spent too much time to deal with me
