I purchased an RCA home theater off of walmart.com. Within two days one of the speakers blew out.

I paid for the extended warranty. When I filed my claim it took them over a month to get back to me because I contacted Asurion. They said they sent a letter (which they did not) explaining that i have to take the whole system to a recycler or donate it and show them proof that I have done so to issue a refund. So - I would be out of the Home theater that I wanted to listen to and would most likely have to wait about 90 days to get my refund.

I find this to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never again order stuff from walmart or expect any type of service for the money paid.

I liked: Only person was nice was the cashier.

I didn't like: Im not being accomodated for walmarts mess up.
