I took my vehicle in to the auto center to have a simple oil change. The mechanic slammed the hood and broke the hinge.
The Hood will not close. I spoke with the manager Larry and he LIED to my face and told me it was broken before the service was performed. After I had signed the receipt he then wrote on the paper that I had acknowledged the broken hinge. This is very unethical business practice.
I have tried to contact walmart but have not had a response as of yet. I guess I am now responsible for the repairs that Walmart caused to my vehicle.
