Several complaints with Walmart MoneyCard.
- Customer Service is in the Philippines and extremely difficult to communicate with.
- Money just disappears from your account and you must fight to get it back.
- Not every transaction shows on your statement which makes it difficult to prove it ever happened.
- They will turn off your card on a whim and then force you to get a new card then charge you a replacement fee.
-Companies you’ve used to pay bills to can just pull money off your card without permission or authorization.
I would not recommend getting a Walmart MoneyCard. I’ve had one for two years without problems, now it’s one problem after another, and trying to resolve problems with someone that their first language is not English is extremely difficult if not impossible.
