I had got a battery as a gift last June and it had a 18 month warranty on it. It didn't work so I took it back today and the lady at the desk said go to customer service and they can replace it.

So when we got there the lady said I cannot look at any history only an accountant can.

But I was pissed because she was just to lazy to look it up. I got really mad and told her that she needed to look it up and she said no and that is why Im pissed

Monetary Loss: $93.

You have to have the receipt, and batteries do not go to customer service, they go to TLE. No wonder she could not look it up.
