They sent the wrong item when ordered online and it was also defective. A suggestion--do not order online from them!

I had to spend my own money to return it (even though it was their mistake). They lied about a refund being in process, as it's been one month and no refund has been issued. In other words, they are scam artists.

They also lied about the issue being "escalated" and that I would receive a return call from a manager in 1-2 business days. When I called, a manager actually told me to dispute it with my bank, as they could not guarantee me the refund that they already stated was in progress.

Product or Service Mentioned: Walmart Customer Care.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $215.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Walmart Cons: Horrible customer service, Being unfairly denied a refund.

Hence why I either buy it in the sotre, or have it shipped to the store so it can be reviewed and if defective, denied. Lesson learned.
