Last night went to buy the xbox.one x . Then i get home open the box and there is a broken ps3 in it.
I immediately go back to return it just to be told they cant take it back because they cant believe that one of their associates *** up. So i return today to talk to the store manager and he was like the only thing i can do its a formal investigation that can take 1-2 weeks. I am extremely upset. I am being put through all this when i did nothing wrong.
They said they dont believe one of their associates would mess up. So now i am out of 527.69 for choosing walmart.
