Purchased I high price item that is sold out now that I had the say before and billing department called wrong bank to verify my account and since nothing matched they cancelled my order but took the money out of my account so this was a error on billing department that will keep me from getting the only gift my daughter ask for Christmas!!! I spoke with customer service and they were no help and pretty much blamed it on me but it was not my fault if the money was takin out of my account dl I have them the correct info!!
