I order a ottoman for a great lady for her 72yr old birthday. Shes such a great person.
On the day of the delivery i was told it was there at the store. Once i got there a email said it was delayed. I talked to rge ppl there and they said it was a mistake and it wasnt there.. I waited 4more days and nothing.
No call. No email. Just nothing. I had to go out of town for a week.
And i really felt let down by Wal-Mart. Although the manager apologize and even spoke to my mom like friend over the phone explaining what happen. I still felt like we was let doen. Never again.
P.s. we was told that my order was lost within the system.
I think i got a refund. I really don't know yet but i do know she didnt get her birthday present.
