I had a blue bird visa card sent to me with my savings catcher balance. When I went to the restaurant to pay they informed me there was no balance to be used.
Talk about am embarrassment in front of my co-workers. I have tried repeatedly to contact the customer service for Blue bird and never was able to get through to anyone to find out what happened to my rewards dollars. I recently requested a egift card for my current balance and never received an email with my gift card. This is very frustrating because I planned on using this for my granddaughters birthday gift.
Please look into your system of payment , I see by the reviews that this is an on going problem and should be resolved for your patrons. Please contact me @ email@example.com with the outcome of my balances with Blue Bird and Egift card.
