on 02/01/2018 I brought a Samsung phone and the 2 year protection plan .now the phone has a broke screen ,so I filed a cllai this is were the fun started . I get the message ,if you don't get this label in two hours contact us I have been het this message 16 time over the last 35 days ,this is after 8 phone calls to everyone from Walmart ,to all state.
and some other company they keep sending the same message .allstat even told me it was not covered but their web site shows a phone with a broken screen . this plan is the big joke I have ever dealt but I will keep trying because it have now pissed me off
