I purchased a gold braclet in April I wore it 3 times and it fell apart. I could not find my receipt but I paid with my atm card so there is a record of it .
Cost was169.45. When I finally got someone to help me at the Jewlery after a very long wait she rudely said no would not even listen to me. Am a senior don't drive so it was the only time I could go to the store . It has been so disappointing the rudeness and your I don't care attitude was horrible.
I live on social security so that was a big purchase. Many times I was told wallmart would email or call me neither ever happened. This email will do the same . I would appreciate a email or call to explain why I can't get a refund on the devected item .
