bought a TV on black Friday had it stored until a week ago opened it up and it was broken and of course I can not return it because it has been over two weeks. I also bought a vacuum cleaner which had a known factory defect the belt keeps coming off.

I just am going to quite buying expensive items at wal mart. I will still use them for expendable items. although I have started to notice HEB and Kroger's getting much more competitive in pricing. I had a friend get hold of Philips and they said if you bought it at wal mart it was their problem.

that was a company they stated by name like it was often a problem their. of course it is a huge retailer.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: let me exchange tv .

You bought a vacuum that has a known defect, sounds like you need to do better research before buying things. Also, it is common sense to inspect expensive items shortly after purchasing to make sure everything is OK.

how is this a walmart problem? you didnt check the tv set.

And you have a defective vacuum. Im still trying to figure out how walmart did anything wrong?

That is probably why when you purchase an item that you know has a limited amount of time to return you should open the package and inspect it. Use your brain here, it's not Walmart's fault that you just decided to open the product 3 months after purchase. This is completely your fault!!
