Walmart contacted me within 24 hours of filing a complaint with the BBB I'm happy to say fraudulent charges were reversed upon submitting affadavit of identity theft and the copy police report I filed on day I became aware of fraudulent charges.

Original review posted by user Sep 28, 2015I went in today to return an item and I had a very nice experience with a young woman named Julie. I noticed workers in the area were not doing their jobs, but just standing around and talking to one another. Couldn't they at least help this woman get the long line down that she had? I noticed before she got to me that she was trying to handle the carts on the side by herself, while none of her coworkers were helping her. I was very disappointed to see how lazy your employees are. A lot of the customers were upset waiting in the long line because no one else would step up and help us customers.
