stranded on side of road with a dirty max airflow sensor couple days after oil change at walmart. WHAT A CRAZY HASSLE FOR ME.
Missed some of work. was without car for 4 days because it was towed to the closest nissan dealer for warranty coverage. Warranty would not cover cause someone touched the airflow sensor with dirty hands was the mechanics opinion. Mind you the car was 5 mo old at time with 21000 miles and never had an issue.
Maybe I dont learn well but I chose to go to the the same walmart for oil change informing them this time that whatever they do stay away from airflow sensor.
I did not encounter an issue with sensor but absolutely was frustrated with the experience. It took 2 hrs to pull my car in after they said it would take 1. i was therer a total of 3 hrs when finished. The management coordination with employees seemed chaotic and unproductive.
Couple people at the desk seemed knowledgable but it was clear not everyone was. Not sure what the issues were in entirety but the communication and coordination within and the workforce appeared to be greatly ineffective. It was the worst ever oil change experience and Ive had a lot of oil changes in my days. I dont usually leave reviews but Its not fair to myself or the company to harbor these feelings and not communicate them.
i will be doing no one any good to only be resentful and talk *** I am looking for a win/win for everyone. this is a least attempt.
