Walmart - Clerk at the Customer Service refused to release a transfered fund, cause of the time it was going to take for the verification.
I went to the Walmart on Dale Mabry Hwy to shop at about 9:25 PM and decided to collect a transfered fund from earlier, as I reached the Service counter, out of three Clerk who were behind the counter, one stated it's about time to start shutting down, automatically the asked if she can help me with a disgusting look; of course I asked if I may get the funds, the Clerk asked to see some IDs as I was about to get my IDs, one of the Clerk jumped to the Counter and said she stated it was time to start shutting down, and continued to say that her time wasn't to be spent to do verifications.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of bad employees. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of funds transfer. Walmart needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
