I have tried repeatedly with help from customer service to change my email address from marilynburel@***.net to marilynburel77@***.com. The bell south email is no longer active.
I was promised by customer service that it would be changed and it was not. Therefore I can't tell when items I order at grocery were not available or what my final bill was after pickup. I want to close my current account so I can open a new account with the correct email. That's the only way I can think of to get the correct email on my account.
I do order items that are not for pick up but that come through the mail.
I have no way to know when to expect these items, when they have shipped, or when they have been delivered. I cannot find a way to close my account online.
User's recommendation: I have had no response.
