Defective Air Mattress

Purchased Bestway Air Mattress, Batch 02C26, Pump A1908609. Paid Cash, lost receipt.
Used it for two weeks. Wonderful to sleep on. I used it only in my house. Then it got to where it would not hold air.
I took it back to two Walmart stores. They both told me I had to have a receipt and the box it came in. I did research on my own and found out this batch had a defective pump. I wrote to Bestway customer service twice and have not heard back from them.
If this was a known defect they should not still be selling it. All I asked for was at least a store credit.
