I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN. I AM 100% HANDICAPPED.
THE ONLY REASON I MADE A DELIVERY FROM WALMART IN MEDFORD OREGON IS BECAUSE I AM SICK AS A DOG.
I PAID $45 FOR A DELIVERY OF THE Equate Upset Stomach Relief Bismuth Liquid, Regular Strength, 16 fl oz, 2 Pack.
It did not arrive. When I called and demanded a 'LIVE AGENT' -- the bloody AI BOT was utter ***
When I finally spoke to some guy in India -- all he could say, 'I apologize ...'
I told him 'Don't insult my intelligence. It was not your fault. It's WALMART.
I told him I want a 'Make Good' ... and all he could say is, 'We can refund the item.'
This is utter *** on Walmart's part.
I am sick as a dog -- and they talk like drones about refunds.
THIS IS HOW THEY LOSE BUSINESS. THIS IS JUST ONE MORE THING THAT MAY OR MAY NOT AFFECT THEIR PROFITS.
But much like the DECEPTIVE PRACTICES Walmart (look on YOUTUBE) is doing with items under weight of what is said on items currently in August of 2026 ...
... and as an multi-award winning director with a PNW Emmy. I am going to broadcast far and wide with VIDEOS, INTERVIEWS and PRESS OF THE *** TREATMENT OF A SENIOR CITIZEN WHO IS 100% HANDICAPPED.
Ultimately -- WALMART IS *** NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
So there.

I use Walmart delivery on a very regular basis. First of all, I recommend that the test out Walmart Delivery in your area when you are sick as a dog and need one item.
I started small and now I have graduated to fresh produce, hot food, frozen food, and pharmacy delivery. I have on occasion, had to wait a day for my delivery as it did not arrive on a holiday weekend. I also have Walmart+ so I can generally get my products delivered at no charge.
Your $45 dollar price seems ridiculously high and you probably wanted an expediated delivery for your remedy. Don't blame Walmart's delivery system for you personal over sight.
I hate Walmart. I never shop there.
If you do not use their product, then why are you on this forum. I would LOVE to hear why you HATE Walmart. Did you have an inefficient small store put out of business because your neighbors preferred Walmart to you?
Same exact thing happens to me regularly. Á multi billion $ Corp.
their employees are forced to survive on govt services. Yet tgey support trump denying these services to keep their workers housed & fed in low income areas. These corps are tge resl socialists. Hey!
Found the fraud! Also ghost charges appearing after each purchase from Pennie’s to dollars in my account which totals billions in their pockets frim all of us. I pay the monthly fee bc I don’t drive and am á sr. This admin won’t last forever.
Walmart Your time is coming. Nobody rides free forever. Even Tiffany’s reputation has “tarnished”.

Sorry you had this trouble with delivery and we understand it as we have problem with deliveries for our senior parents. They do not place them on the counter and sometimes leave them at the door and they can't bend over.
So we tried Home+ and two times those deliveries did not even arrive at all so they had to refund the money. No credit for inconvenience or anything.
Very frustrating. They need to have another delivery service offered for seniors where other delivery drivers can follow this directions and help our seniors and disabled folks.
I agree, 100% being handicapped myself !!!!
