I was attempting to obtain some information from your Hampton, VA store which is located on Mercury Blvd, on yesterday, but all that I did obtain was the run around from different department, by phone,. It was very unprofessional. I was trying to find out whether or not if the store had a Waterpik Complete Care 5.0 Water Flosser and Toothbrush in stock. So today, I had use your website to get this item because I could not get any correct help at the store level on yesterday. Now today I have spoken with four different customer service employees for example Shelby, she was first, the second person name I had forgotten to write it down, the third person was a person by the name of Ice, and the fourth person was Keaira. It took Keaira Sad 5 minutes to do my order but then your system rejected my card, so now I have to wait 45 minutes for the system to update it's data!
