Walmart denied my claim after their security cameras were blurry, as stated by law enforcement when I got robbed shopping withbthem
I was robbed when I left Walmart for an electric bike and a bag of groceries. Security was present, and law enforcement was present.
Also, other Walmart employees were present. Oh, why this was all happening. I reported this incident immediately to law enforcement that worked for Walmart. Law enforcement stated the cameras were blurry.
Walmart would not stand up for their insufficient paid protection. And I lost money and pride that day.

Spent 2 hours on phone with supervisor trying to get item I ordered. Supervisor agreed to refund non-delivered item and asked me to order 3-pack of same item from store for delivery next morning.
Assured me he would not charge under $35 minimum and no delivery fee. Now I find out I was charged $6.95 for order under $35 plus a delivery charge of 9.95. So I ordered an $13.97 item (plus tax) and got charged $32 for it.
Called supervisor who refused to do anything about it. AGAIN SPENDING OVER 8 hours discussing with chat, several agents and now 2 supposed supervisors!!!
Second item was left outside apartment building instead of mailroom and could have been stolen or wet but it didnt rain.
Third item was to be delivered today but is still sitting Kansas so unsure when delivery will be and may be wrong item!
So tired of excuse after excuse and promises it wont happen again. Just need to quit ordering because they dont know how to provide good delivery service.
Most of the time they blame their delivery servicebut who is the delivery service hired by???

Early in july i purchased an apple pay card for my cousin casey who just started college.
The card didnt work or activate correctly.
Stow-falls walmart in ohio refused to refund me the $55.
Later in july i purchased a walmart money card for $225.
The card didnt work.
Walmart refused to refund that $ also.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
Had a previous bad experience with Walmart. Com in the past.
Now its better.
Just wish I didnt have to pay atrocious shipping fees. Dont buy from the 3rd party sellers.

I ordered from a store and paid the $14.95 for 3 hours or less delivery. They shopped 1 item every 20 to 30 minutes.
Then they 're-shopped' my grocery order. It arrived 30 minutes late. So I called customer service to get their robot to explain that 're-shopping' is common. Also, I would be charged full price.
I called customer service who couldn't find my account. Ok, so the 'shopper' goes and puts things in a basket and says it is 'shopped.' But then they take my items out and give them to another customer and 're-shop'?! Walmart thinks this is acceptable?!
Kroger, Publix, Target, nor Amazon gives me any of this aggravation without an apology! Never once have my items been 're-shopped'!

I purchased a water filter from one seller, and it took almost a month to get. When it showed up, I had to go to the post office to get it.
I took a ticket, and USPS said it was a counterfeit label and requested an additional fee, and the seller wasn't the same person. I refused and sent it back. I contacted Walmart. They contacted the supposed seller, which was different.
They claimed I had got the purchase and if my family didn't, my neighbors did. The label said it was sent from Illinois.
I still haven't gotten the refund from Walmart, who has had me wait over 3 weeks to get it. USPS said they have found several from Walmart and Amazon.

I have not received my money back from canceled items from an online order. The money should not have been taken out until the order is complete
In the U.S., tipping is technically optional, but it’s heavily expected—especially in restaurants where servers rely on tips for a big chunk of their income. That said, if the service is truly bad, you’re not obligated to leave a full tip.
Here’s a common approach: Truly awful service: You can leave little or no tip, but it sends a strong message. If you’re going to leave a very low or no tip, it’s often more impactful (and fair) to speak with a manager so they know it’s about the service—not just that you’re cheap.
The drivers do not communicate with you and get the wrong product or flat out lie about what’s available out of laziness I assume therefore you will be tipped appropriately. Walmart should be ashamed of not paying a fair wage so the contractor won’t be reliant on the tips from broke customers just trying to get by
Walmart just took money out of my account without. Walmart said I would have to contact my bank to get it back.

I'm a single mother trying to prepare Easter dinner, so I loaded $200 onto an Afterpay gift card specifically for groceries and household items. When I checked out at Walmart.com, my subtotal was $191.00, so I applied the card expecting a $0 balance.
Instead, the final balance jumped up to $206 along with taking almost $7 off my debit (an extra $20-25!).
That makes no sense—how does applying store credit make me owe more? I had to manually remove items until the gift card fit the order.
I called Walmart customer service; the rep told me to wait until the order arrives and call back for a $25 refund. But even that interaction was confusing: she asked only for my mailing address (never asked for my email or phone number as previous reps did), then abruptly returned and said that information wasn't needed. I had to mention I was recording the call before she would help.
What to watch out for: 1.
Check your totals both before and after you apply any gift cards. 2. Ask for a written confirmation (email or chat transcript) of any promised refund. 3.
Keep your order number and gift card ID handy when you call.
Desired resolution: A clear explanation for why the gift card increased my balance.
Immediate refund of the $25 overcharge, without having to wait for order arrival and another phone call. Assurance that future customers won't face the same glitch.

Very happy with the solution to my problem. The AI wasn't helpful.

Sept. 4 I purchased the Sportspower Sunnyslope Wooden Swing Set $498+ tax(#200013*-***30393).
Swing delivery date was Sept. 6 . Sept. 6 I received box 2 of 2, with box 1 of 2 being delayed until Sept.
7. Sept. 7 a Sealy mattress arrived instead of box 1. I called customer service and was told the swing was out for delivery.
I tried explaining to CS that I received a deliver of a mattress instead of the swing set (I never ordered a mattress) CS hung up on me. Called back and was told box 1 will be re-mailed and delivery date was Sept. 9. Sept.
9 I chatted with CS and was told that they will issue full refund. They refunded me for box 2 but said box 1 refund will be issued within 3- 5 days. Sept. 14 still no refund for box 2.
Chatted with CS was told I had to bring box 2 to store to get refund.
I told them I had no way of taking to store that why I req'ed delivery CS said that was the only option. Called CS & they will schedule a pickup from home still awaiting pickup & refund

Bought a Swiss solar power bank that would not charge from sunlight. I drove across the entire island to exchange it; staff and the manager refused to help.
They promised a refund that won't arrive until next week, leaving me with no power and no way to buy a replacement (Walmart still does not accept Apple Pay in 2025). This level of incompetence and indifference is dangerous and unacceptable.
I want a meaningful compensation for my time, travel, and the risk I was put in. Warning to everyone: avoid this store - they will sell you defective products and leave you with nothing.

I already wrote to them telling them to send it back to me. I will clean it up, but my review is being posted. I couldnt wait. Its taken too long with the attorney.
You couldve done me right and just reimbursed me now Im going for punitive damages and 20% interest rate. My punitive damages are going to be high because you put me through a lot of stress. This is gonna cost you Walmart for all the agony I went through you will pay tenfold. This is not a threat.
This is the truth. You were all thieves, liars, and frauds.

Pissed off! I ordered necessities for my mother, who has severe bladder and colon issues along with dementia.
She doesn't know she has to go to the restroom. You canceled my order without notifying me! I'm p'd off. I subscribed to your + service for her being #1 in my life.
Please call or text me when you fix this problem first thing in the A.M. You will fix this!

Sometimes Walmart Internet has products in their warehouse but other times the seller is not connected to the warehouse or even overseas. The Walmart promise of 2-3 days ends up being 2- 3 weeks.
Selling domestically should be noted in large letters on their website.
The plus side of Walmart is you can drop rejected items off at your local Walmart store and they will ship the merchandise back to supplier... no need to be taking pictures and shipping things back.

Every time you order something from Walmart one of 2 things happens. You are either told you package ship and it never did so you end up having to ask for a refund and buy the item elsewhere or you are told a day your package will arrive and the day it's supposed to arrive you get an email saying it's delayed with no new delivery date.
Do not order from Walmart just go to a brick and mortar and buy what you need or purchase what ever you need from someone who actually delivers your package. Life is too difficult to add to it a company such as Walmart who can't get their act together and doesn't care about the quality of how customers are treated Pathetic.
