Service

The service at store #02292 needs to be looked into. One of the worst issues with this store is that there are so many registers, but most all of them are closed. I go almost every day and it is the same problem. Tonight, 2/05/25, I went at 6:00 pm Pacific time. This is the busiest time when everyone is getting off from work. People are trying to get home to cook dinner for their families, but instead, we have to stand in line for a minimum of 20 minutes, even when just buying a few items. Tonight, there were only four self checkouts and three cash registers open. Customers were lined down into the aisles just waiting to checkout. There was one gentleman with only one item who couldn't use the self-checkout because of the lines. So he decided to go to the register, but that wasn't any better. Because I had already been waiting ten minutes. to check out, when I saw him with only one item, I let him go ahead of me so that he didn't have to wait any longer than he already had. You have installed so many self-checkout registers just to prevent customers from having to wait to pay for just a few items. Why did you spend thousands of dollars on these machines when they are all closed? We, as customers, paid for those machines but you don't have them open. You need to open them. You have so many registers closed because you don't want to hire cashiers. Something needs to be done here.

When we check out, you ask us how many stars we would give for the service. I always give one. Many customers don't even bother. They just want to get out and get home to their families. The service is awful. I spoke to the manager (I wish I had gotten his name), and I told him that he needed to open up more registers. He said that he would. But that claim was laughable. Nothing was opened up. Nothing got done. He is not a manager. He is there only for his paycheck. He doesn't care. When he shops, he gets to the front of the line. Customers are trying to shop but we have to navigate around workers because they are stocking shelves.

When it rains, there are buckets all around the store to collect the water that is leaking from the ceiling because you need a new roof. Someone is going to get hurt. Then, you will indeed have a big lawsuit. The restrooms are filthy. I went to use the restroom and the toilet seat was loose. If you hadn't installed the handrails for me to grip, I would have fallen. I wish I had fallen, what a pleasant lawsuit that would have been. I am handicapped. When I ask for help to my car, people look at me as if I am audacious for asking for help. I've seen a dog *** on the stand where they keep the chicken hot. The dog's owner just looked on and walked away. Customers put their dogs in the carts. We put our food in those carts. I brought this to the manager's attention, but he said that nothing could be done and that they couldn't prohibit animals. So why can other places do it? This is a health issue.

At times, there are no shopping carts in the store and we have to go back out to the parking lot and get our own. These are only a few of the problems that occur in this store. There are many more. I suggest sending someone in as an undercover shopper to see what goes on in this store. You will be surprised. You might suggest that if I don't like it, then I can shop somewhere else. However, it's not that easy. This is the only store in the area where everyone can shop for food. You have us over a barrel. You know there is no other place. The prices increase every day. Charge whatever you want because we have nowhere else to shop. So we have to pay, whatever the price is. The price of an item today will be higher in a couple of days. Walmart advertises, 'Low Prices You Can Trust. Every Day.' That is really a big joke. Walmart doesn't care. I hope Walmart starts caring and does something about this. Things need to change. If I get hurt, or anyone else does, Walmart will have a big lawsuit. Open up more registers. Stock the shelves at night when the store is closed. Install a new roof. Don't allow animals except for service animals. I have to close now. Have a good night. Thank you, Jody Alonso.

There’s a Vons five minutes away from that Walmart. You also have a Target Superstore that has full groceries and a Sprouts and a Food4less. Don’t exaggerate the situation.

I bought an electric bicycle at Walmart and I asked for a refund for it and I saw that it starting getting a lot of bad reviews for the same thing which is everyone getting scammed for that particular brand so I texted customer service they told me that I would get an email within 48 hours its been 4 days and still nothing whatsoever

Order non-fulfillment

This has been a consistent and a persistent problem with Walmart. I signed up for Walmart+ after having used order pickup for about 1.75 years.

They allow me to order stuff, then don't fulfill the whole order. This happens over 70% of the time with pickup.

Now, I can get free delivery. I ordered some food items for delivery, and I scheduled delivery for three days after ordering the initial items. They shipped one item right away, and it came the day after I placed the initial order!

Great! I added more items over the next couple of days. Not all the items in my initial order were available, but they placed a hold on my payment card (which will get refunded for items not delivered). I ordered the missing items to pickup at a nearby store (the site said they were available).

Why did Walmart let me order items that weren't available (as ALWAYS)? That whole pickup order was canceled. (I have actually gone to pick up an order there and found out at that time it had been canceled.)

When the food was delivered, it was left outside (in Chandler, AZ). One of the items was chocolate, some was produce.

It's been unseasonably warm here. Nobody knocked or rang the bell. I got an email notification about an hour later.

I ordered another item very early this morning. It was supposed to be delivered before noon.

But I got a text saying that it wouldn't be delivered and looking at the hyperlink provided: another delivery attempt MIGHT be made later today, and if that fails, Walmart would cancel the order.

Why would I want to order stuff from Walmart and not know if they will actually fulfill it? They've made it impossible to talk to anyone on the corporate level, only their apparatchiks in departments. I am still within the first two days of a 30-day free trial of Walmart+.

They haven't gotten a single thing right so far. I have no reason to order from them again.

At my local Suwanee, GA Walmart, they don't check for tagged service animals. Anyone's pets can and do come in. Then is nothing grosser that someone's pet sniffing/tasting the produce.

At my local Suwanee, GA Walmart, they allow anyone's pet come in. I have seen every animal from lizards to cats/dogs.

There is nothing more gross than seeing a dog sniffing and tasting produce.

I assume a service dog would not do this. Who ever heard of a service bird?

Lying customer service agents and no help in giving me an update on order

I ordered four items in October that were exclusive to Walmart that would be released in January. January came and went; no items.

I called and was told they would be in stock by the end of February. February came and went. I started calling every other day. Every day, I was told one lie after another: 'The item is not available' (lie; others have had their items fulfilled), 'The item is being packed for shipment' (lie; I never got anything).

After the numerous lies, I was fed up and spoke to a supervisor named Akash, who said she would not give me her last name or let me talk to her manager. I finally got ahold of a manager later that day named Caren, who assured me they were being packed and shipped out that day. She guaranteed me that I would get a tracking number within 24 hours. It's been three days—no tracking number, no items.

So I called again today and spoke to a Mohammad, who, after I explained the runaround that I have been receiving, quickly canceled my items (which are no longer available) and stopped the chat. I called again and was passed around from person to person who claimed to be supervisors but would not let me talk to a manager. That is it.

I'm finished with Walmart; I usually spend $100 a week there—no more. I will go somewhere else.

Walmart rip-offs

I ordered a generator from Walmart.com, and FedEx delivered it. They did not follow the delivery instructions, left it at my door unattended, and it was stolen.

Now, neither Walmart nor FedEx will give me my money back or a replacement. I'm out $338. There were even quite a few hiccups between when I ordered it and when it was delivered. Moreover, in the process of trying to get my money back, Walmart disrespected me at certain points, talked down to me, even hung up on me, and deactivated my account, making up lies about why they did it.

The CEO of Walmart reactivated my account but told me to get the money from FedEx since they messed up. FedEx says Walmart, as the shipper, is responsible and suggest I get the money from them. They're playing the blame game, pointing the finger at each other. Don't trust Walmart.com, don't trust FedEx.

For all you people out there who don't gamble or like gambling, ordering from Walmart.com is a gamble. You never know if you're going to get what you ordered or not, and then don't know if they're going to treat you fairly when it's their fault.

Walmart - Scammers!

Walmart is now scamming its customers, claiming it will bring products at a specific time and then making excuses that the driver can't deliver to a wide-open porch! That's absolutely ridiculous because, one week ago, I received multiple deliveries to the porch so many times that I lost count.

Walmart is unable to keep its promise of delivery as advertised, so they scam the customer in any way to get the sale! That's disgusting!

Accused of stealing!

I feel like Walmart gets too much credit to be honest, I cannot stand these jerks they hire kids to do their work, I went in there like always every morning after my kids catch the bus, to grab a few things that we needed, I accidentally left a few things of conditioner at the bottom of my bag that I brought in from my house, the oh so awesome lost prevention lady who I cannot stand caught me as I was going out the doors and said I stole from them, I explained to her it was a complete accident and I would pay for the items that I forgot to pay for, she was looking at me and discussed it was not even $10.00 and she took that quote on quote evidence to the back room took a picture of me had me write down all my information took my ID, while letting everyone know that I stole from the store. So unprofessional and this happens a lot to be honest.

And I got 24 hours away from the Walmart, and proof of evidence which is the items that were accidentally left in my bag. Walmart is ridiculous I cannot stand the store they treat their customers like crap and their employees and they get away with it.

I was told by a Walmart associate that I could return my daughter's costume in the event that it did not fit correctly, as long as I held a receipt. When I attempted to return the item, I was told they would no longer accept it.

I called the customer care line and was told the item was returnable. I was given a case number, which I also have on a recorded conversation. I have been told by a store associate and the customer care team that this item, as listed on Walmart's satisfaction guarantee site, is returnable. Yet I encountered difficulties when trying to do so.

I find this frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Case #241115****98.

Walmart.com states they unable to take care of Cash one and cancell my involvement and orders due to cash Back lure to this fraudulent institution, nothing in adds state I have to down low an app. To retrieve my cash back of 21.00 for Walmart purchases.
