My toy is saying bad words
How do I stop my toy from saying the N word? It keeps saying the N word like 50 times to my kid.
Now my kid won't stop saying it. Please help. Can you play it?

I filed a valid complaint with Walmart Customer Service because I did not receive my order. You could clearly see that the items this delivery driver took a picture of were not what I ordered.
The driver delivered the incorrect pictured items out on the main street. This payments center employee named Soly refused to credit my account and failed to do their job. I will now proceed to file formal complaints with my credit card company, the Illinois BBB, and the Illinois Attorney General because I have documentation backing up my request for a refund. Both Walmart employees must be reprimanded for failing to do their job and making me, the consumer, take additional steps in order to get my money back.
They wasted my time and money and caused me to take all these additional steps. The delivery driver did not speak English and hung up on me more than once.
If I have to take further legal action to recoup my money, I will add those charges against Walmart's inept employees who fail customers. Pathetic!

Kept my money for Christmas
Walmart.com keeps your money. If you have a paypal account for thirty days un believe that they could just keep my money after they canceled my order so how do you explain to your grandchildren that they don't get Christmas presents?Because walmart need you money more than them

Ordered digital gift card and given invalid number,will not refund.
Paycheck to paycheck, I ordered a digital gift card, tried to use my 49 dollars to get my son a birthday present, and the number was invalid. They offered me 5 bucks and talked to me nastily.
I never complained before; I spent all my extra money there and got scammed by Walmart. I have no present for my son, as a single dad, I'm hurt.

I was told after I returned the item to the store that a refund would be initiated immediately. Customer service sent the wrong type of receipt, and so the store instead fedExed it to its retailer and told me that I would receive a refund when it got there.
Instead, once it got out there, they told me to wait 7 to 10 more days. Cancelling my Walmart subscription—never using these jerks again; you clearly can't trust them.

You can’t make a new account without a number if you can use a family member’s number if not I would complain my *** off till you get it I’m just not desperate to getting my number off of walmart
None of my emails are working, so I can't get into the account anyway. I want my phone number off the Walmart app so I can have a new account to log my number into because I've been trying all day, and it's seriously making me mad. Please help me fix this.
Take my number off the account, text my number first so I can show you proof that this is me writing this and not someone who wants to use my number in another account. I'm stressed, and I'm sure y'all know how it is since y'all have to deal with people like me all day or worse.

Recently, I had some heart attacks, so I was not able to go to Walmart in person to get my groceries. So I figured I'd try their store delivery service.
What a freaking joke! They hire people that can't speak or read English, like the delivery instructions. One of them sent me a text in Arabic. Really!?
I'm tired of having to fight for a return of my money; the last time was 3 days, and they kept telling me it would be there in a couple of hours.
Not! If you're smart, you will not deal with their delivery to your home service from the store; you probably won't get it, or it will be left someplace outside for anybody to steal.

Request not completed and it has been a week. I have called several times. Everyone has advised problem would be complete by the next morning or after 2 hours.
First, I do not enjoy speaking with AI. I would like to speak with a real person from the start.
We have been advised there is a glitch in your system. Your system will not let us delete our current payment card and add it back with the updated expiration date and security number on the back of the card. We have no problem using our card in your Walmart store.
We would appreciate having this corrected so we can order items online. I hate that we will have to start ordering from Amazon in lieu of Walmart.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The first step I sand a email of where my order number.
Hi, I ordered the NEON Butane Fuel 11X 300ml (Order #200014*-***50740), and its currently showing delivery in 5 days. I urgently need it within 3 days.
Is there any way to expedite shipping, switch to a faster carrier, or enable a local store pickup? Id really appreciate your help in getting this delivered sooner.

Gift Card never used and no balance, has not expired
I have called at least 50 different numbers, starting with Walmart and then Green Dot for a gift card given to me. No one has been able to assist with any information.
I am always told that I will get a call back, but I never do. I held this card for a special purchase and was using it this weekend, but the card says no balance and has never been used.
Please assist me. This is a $500.00 card.

Delivery of items order number 200014*-***6998
Items delivered were broken. Peanut butter jars were broken and the whole inside of the box was covered with the stuff.
It was left at my mailbox in 20-degree temperatures. The driver said there was a gate. There are no gates on my property.
They froze and broke inside the box, leaving a mess. I want a refund.

I received a message by email that my order# 200014*-***23660 was delivered on January 30, 2026 at 8:08pm at delivery address, 2109 Valleydale Dr., Arlington Texas 76013. To date, I have NOT received the delivery order.

Your service does not work for my Walmart home delivery!!!
I understand you are a third party that is Walmarts home delivery service. I have ordered several times and the driver keeps taking my orders to the wrong town!!!
I try texting them whem they say they are on their way to tell them and it that they are going the wrong way. But that does No Good.
Then I get a message saying my order could not be delivered and that it is being returned to the store. No *** because THEY ARE IN THE WRONG TOWN!

Walmart isn't keeping your money. They are up front in telling you it may take 30 days to see the credit in your bank account but there is a good chance it won't take nearly that long.
The problem is that you have added another layer of banking to your transaction. A refund to a normal credit card can take up to 10 days to be posted to your account but that is due to the banking system and not the store.
Rather than using your credit or debit card directly you chose to get pay pal in the middle and created another layer of banking delays. Skip pay pal and just use your credit or debit card directly when dealing with a reputable retail store.
