I had a customer service representative after three calls he was my fourth. Arrogant, dismissing, substandard!

I wanted a supervisor he needed a reason to send to get a supervisor. I told him he didn't need one when somebody answer a supervisor get them one. Says that's not going to get you one and I'm not doing it. I said well tell him I called three times no answers I need to speak to supervisor not good enough he says.

I told him I'm a customer service consultant and I know how things work and when I asked for a supervisor or anybody does there's no banter there is no question you get the the customer is supervisor.

His arrogance permeated through the phone. I couldn't bel believe the treatment of a customer and dismissed. There was no getting to a supervisor. I did call corporate relations and made a complaint.

Remember this if you did it to me he did It before he'll do It again that's not a mistake to learn by that's a character personality flaw that's fireable.

They need to listen to the call and they also need to decide if he's an asset which I believe he is not cuz you don't keep the customers coming back that way it'd be better to get a new rep that wants the job that knows how to be a customer service relations. Again as a consumer I want them fired as professional I told Walmart they need to decide if he's an asset or liability I hope he gets fired again the arrogance was horrible I was sick to my stomach supervisor.

User's recommendation: There's always a way to complain. Remember recorded calls are not just for the company they protect the consumer because they can listen to that call you can always have it subpoenaed. And if you can't get to a supervisor you can go to the FCC or the FTC. I was lucky enough to find the right number to call corporate. Again I know the job and if I couldn't get to a supervisor and never wanted to call back again after that he's not worth the time and money they spend. For professional like me not to want to call back and fix the problem I was originally having still no answer they have a serious problem on their hands remember you can always go to the FCC or the FTC don't be afraid to complain and I told them if I ever heard them doing that to a senior citizen I would find him and slap him upside his head I did call him and sob and four words.
