Called to the Walmart on culebra and tezel waited 10 minutes for fabrics never had anyone answer at that department.. Called back the operator again called fabric no answer a gain 9 minutes.
Called back again asked for manager. Operator paged manager and then after 5 minutes she apologized again and went back to fabrics where she then came back and told me the fabric I was looking for (Dallas Cowboys fleece) they didn't have any.
How could any person who runs a department store (manager) be so ignorant to customer needs . I guess he figures he deserves this job no matter how he runs the store
