My mother in law moved from new jersey to pennsylvania. Her mail was forwarded and we were contacting companies to change her address.

We also noticed a card from walmart that said they recently sent her a new card which apparently was returned to walmart. Well after 3 1/2 hours and speaking with 9 people including supervisors they refused to change her address and phone number and basically accused us after we verified everything accused us of not being who we claimed. We ended up telling them to cancel the card and that since they wouldn't change her address they could pay the remaining balance themselves. It was not much she had a huge limit and only owed 200.

None of the 9 people knew what they were doing which included people from the bank associated with the card. It upset my mother in law to be treated horribly and walmart should be ashamed of themselves.
