Standing in photo push the button multiple times 6 different employees walk past me I ask them all for help 4 just keep walking and 2 say to push the button! Wow what a great place !

Lazy *** workers and the management must be worse ! Because they trained these people

The photo printing equipment is expensive. It is not possible to train every single employee on every single process in the store.

By pushing the button suggested, the person who actually k owes how to operate it will be with you as soon as they can. The photo department must be near the entry to the employee-only part of the store, which is why they are passing you by. Do you expect walking into the hospital that the desk clerk knows every bit of the surgery you are about to undergo? Do you walk into a car dealership expecting that salesman to fix the electronic screen for your gas mileage?

They train people specifically for the job they are expected to perform and photo is one of the departments they don't want just anybody back there touching everything. Same with mixing paint and cutting keys
