Walmart has Policy Problems.

First know that in the past few weeks, online orders with Walmart, for me, have been atrocious. I have had wrong items sent to me, items sold that aren't available, and extremely poor customer service.

Today was the final straw. I had a lawn and garden battery to exchange as a core for the battery I purchased online this morning. I took the core into customer service. The lady told me if I had a receipt she could give me the core refund of $12.

I said no receipt yet, so she recommended I take it back to curbside pick-up and exchange it there. After I did some grocery shopping, I went to the curbside pickup and a negative, frustrated person came out (no greeting) with my new battery, but she aggressively spoke, saying she would not exchange the old one. I told her 'Customer Service' recommended I come to you. So she adamantly said she would not exchange it.

I asked why, and she told me she can't, and more, doesn't have to deal with customers who speak like she said I did. I told her I would be more calm, but she should know that I just waited through two lines in the store and I was told I could get my core battery money there. So since she couldn't explain why, I asked for her supervisor, and two ladies came out and reiterated that they could not do the exchange as they don't have the ability. I said I was running late, and the supervisor said, 'We cannot do it for you.' So I reluctantly took the core back into the store to customer service.

The lady that had talked to me earlier said, 'I'm going home.' So another lady said Customer Service does not have the ability to do the refund. I restated that I had been put through the ringer on this, so she got a manager, who fiddled and fumbled with the register, and she said she couldn't do the transaction. So she tracked down another lady who came with two others. She finally opened the register and handed me the $12 core money in cash, and suddenly a man with a clipboard said, 'You are being banned from Walmart, and you will need to sign this form.' I simply walked away as he yelled across the store, 'If you don't sign you cannot come here ever, or to any Walmart.' I just kept walking.

I will not shop online or in one of their stores again.

I still don't know where I should have exchanged the core for the $12! Walmart has online and customer service issues.

I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. Today and yesterday I delivered about 20 orders.

I used all my gas to make these deliveries, because normally you are paid when you complete each trip. The past two trips I have not been paid for, and they are not even documented that I made both trips in the app. I have called customer support multiple times, each representative telling me they are "escalating it to tech support." This has not been done. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am put on hold for a long time before they just hang up the phone.

This has happened three times in the past hour. I am furious with the level of driver support, and I don't appreciate the fact that I am burning my time and gas without getting paid, because no customer service representative is capable of reporting these issues to whomever can actually fix them. I am upset because my phone is due today as well, and I am about to lose my service because Walmart driver support representatives can't do their jobs.

I think it's ridiculous that a driver is unable to speak to a supervisor, and that reps place you on hold for 10 minutes before they hang up. This is not the way anyone should conduct business.

I am a Walmart Plus member and have been for a few years since Walmart delivery became available in my area of Nebraska. I have had many issues with the delivery service-mainly delivering to the wrong address.

Lately, that has not been the issue and I have been happy with the service-until this week, I made an online delivery order on Wednesday, March 12th. I received an "Order is delayed" message and had to cancel and reschedule for the next day 7-9 a.m. Once again, I get an "Order is delayed" message so I had to cancel. This is where the issue started.

For some odd reason, I received 3 packages of bologna to my door with a Walmart sticker/code on the top one. My name was on the sticker. They were literally placed in front of my door with no bag-just sitting there. I did have one pack of bologna in my canceled order-not three but I had no idea why it was even delivered.

So, I contacted the store and told them what happened. I was told it must be an error and to keep the bologna. They also said that they saw my order had been canceled. This was over two days ago.

My funds have not been returned to me and when I click on "track order", it shows order delivered. I called the store again and they said that they know it was not delivered and that I need to contact Customer Service. My account shows Cancellation requested and order is delayed. It is stuck on that, even though it was canceled.

The person I spoke to yesterday guaranteed me that my funds would be returned within 24 hours. It is now 24 hours and it is still showing the same message. I called them back and they say that they see my account is stuck in limbo and they need to see if a supervisor can help. A minute later, the girl says that the supervisor can not do anything and I need to wait!!

When an order is canceled, my funds have always been immediately returned to my EBT card-always. My debit card can sometimes take a few days. But, she then tells me that they have no time frame on the refund and just to wait.. It's ridiculous.

I need someone from Walmart to fix this and get it canceled so I can get my refund. It makes no sense that a supervisor can not cancel it. It has been over two days! The store passes the buck to customer service and customer service tells me to contact the store.

Who is going to fix this? Not to mention, I usually tip $10 for the delivery driver to be nice and now I am going through this.

I am disappointed that the 50” Roku tv I wanted to buy during Black Friday week which was $138 but was out of stock has been changed to $238. Either fix this or I will never be back to Walmart. There’s a new Target store across the street now.

I ordered diapers from Walmart marketplace. These are preemie diapers for a 4 lb baby. I was given 2 different USPS tracking numbers for this shipment. Neither of which was correct.
