I purchased and downloaded an album from walmart.com which turned out to be new versions of 70's song by the original artists but not the actual recordings that we all know. I told them about their mistake and asked for a refund.

I was told all sales were final.

Since the album description did not mention the new versions of classic recording I'm sure any court would classify it as fraud. I sure do and while I like buying music frim walmart, their obvious lack of regard for customers and the law have ended all store or online buying for me.

Monetary Loss: $7.

Software always has been and always will be non-refundable. Unless the description specifically said that is was the original recordings, then there is no fraud.

You ASSUMED it was the original recordings.

You were not told that.

Good luck with your $10 court case. This has the makings of a Supreme Court blockbuster.
