I ordered an item from Walmart online a week ago using their site to store option.The package was sent through FedEx to my local store where I was to pick it up.
In checking the tracking information, I found that the store refused the delivery and it was on its way back to the warehouse. Contacted FedEx, I found that the reason the store refused it was because there was no customer name on the delivery. I contacted the headquarters and they confirmed this information and said they have to wait until the package gets back to them and then it will take them up to three weeks to refund my money.
I will never order online from Walmart again.Incompetents.
